That would be the ketone derivative of PCP?
I did some research and noted that the ortho substitution of the cyclohexane ring increases affinity. A French patent shows how they placed methyl side-chains in place of the ketone and the results had higher affinity than the parent.
Also, it turns out that a 4,4 disubstituted thiane ring confirs higher affinity than the cyclohexane/cyclohexone ring. Not certain if that's due to the lone-pairs of the S actually binding or if the shape of the ring confirs the 'magic angle' between the aryl and amine moiety. The magic angle being 109.2°.
The researchers who developed Dizocilpine (MK801) found that angle to confir the highest NMDA affinity.
Worth noting that the French researchers identified two seperate types of NMDA receptor so activity is more complex than it initially appears.

Assuming that this molecule is what you're talking about, I have no idea what one might expect from it, nor can I easily understand how it was synthesized. I'm excited to hear some initial reports on it though!

I've never tried PCP. I highly recommend S-isomer ketamine hcl.

I've seen some discussion on Reddit about it, but yeah there is very little in the way of discussion or experience regarding it
Everything about it seems to be mostly speculation. Some are saying that the batch being sold now could be O-PCPr but just misrepresented or mislabeled as O-PCP, some folks have said it can't exist? I don't know chemistry enough to say, but just relaying what I have read.
Some folks have said that this is a substance with significant opioid activity, moreso than a proper dissociative. So if anyone should obtain it and give it try, please only use a very small dose, and definitely report back how it works out for you
