My ADHD was taking over so I thought I’m better asking the question now than forgetting .

What’s the closest anyone has come to actually manufacturing pharmaceutical cocaine ?

I mean , the costs and Risks of shipping from South America I thought a synthetic version must now be available ?

Surely there’s somthing been made which Ida very close ?
 
There are a few total synthesis' of cocaine in the literature but any synthetic route will be less desirable then extraction from coca.
 
I saw on a internet vendor something called kilacocaine, supposdly a manufactured synthetic substance that has a similar or same/mimic of cocaine, didnt surf the site anymore amd never went on it again, seemrd a bit dodgy and was supposdly of chinese origin
 
Synthesis of the chiral tropane system is a total pain.

I've been told that (1R,3s,5S)-8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-yl 4-fluorobenzoate while only 25% the potency of cocaine can at least be synthesized in a single step and only has endo-exo isomerism and some routes yield mostly the appropriate isomer.

But I suspect while it's stimulant activity is only 25% that of cocaine, it's cardiotoxicity might be similar to cocaine.

I suppose the 'middle ground' is to replace the benzoic acid moiety with a para fluoro or para chloro benzoaic acid. But again, cardiotoxicity isn't established.

Well, I don't think cocaine IS 'a good thing' or that para halogenation of cocaine would result in a compound that isn't covered by the CsA.

Dunno about the simpler compound because the CsA states 'similar too or more potent than'. Who knows how the legal definition of 'similar' would be used in that case? Not something I would ever like to test.
 
Also i have not noted much about where the bones of christ are, after the crucifixtion and burial, they say he was rencarnated but i have belief his bones were seperated and hidden under guard in now various parts of the world by a secret order some will say christians others knights of the templer and others freemasons in some form but i believe that they are kept and gaurded by another force or form of some diocesse or chapter, for his reserection, the second coming ! Age old story, and i could do with some and cocaine tonight, roll on pay day 😁

What...so he can, like...re-use them?

I'd be after some brand new ones for my second coming tbh, a much better deal
 
Sorry guys posts were meant to go on bi le thread, 36+ hours on caffiene has hit a certain level of mix ups, i need a rum and libe of sniff to straifhten me out and get back into orderly conduct, proves i f.u.b.a.r without potions and powders🙄

Exactly, cause the most available source of tropanes is nightshades, and at that point you're essentially doing the same extraction you would do on Coca, just to get one precursor and then need to buy more precursors, synthesize it crudely, and then purify the result
Which is a fuck ton of steps considering the initial extraction is pretty labor intensive

Considering the opium poppy and the natural opiates and then the amount of synthetic opioids that have been created it's hard to believe that a synthetic version of cocaine couldn't be created....but then if it were possible I'm sure it would have been done by now.

Our saviour has left the flesh behind long ago....don't worry this will all be cleared up very soon.
 
I've never heard of anyone manufacturing laboratory cocaine that ended up on the blackmarket.

However, I have been offered Troparil from Chinese sources.

If you have ever bought from China though you will notice that the mystery powder is not always what you thought it was going to be though.

Anyone offering synthetic cocaine is 99%+ of the time going to be a laboratory analog such as tropacocaine or dimethocaine etc.
