Does kratom withdrawal feel terrible for anybody else?

Has anybody found a way to reduce lower back pain during kratom withdrawal? It lasts even after the worst of it is over and annoys me because it limits me exercising. (when i came off alcohol I would exercise as soon as possible to feel better).

Does anyone else think a short term suboxone taper could help getting off kratom?

I’ve been on it for 8-9 years daily and I can’t do it. Maybe I’m a weak little shit, but I can’t.

EDIT: I’m gonna do it. A really cool dude on here is gonna help me with this process.

I just can’t get off of this stuff. It’s seemingly benign, but it can dig its claws in you.
It might help. The only thing I worry about is it being stronger than Kratom and you might get high off of it. I don’t know.

Kratom withdrawals can be some serious horror shit man, I swear. I get DP/DR real bad, restless body, feeling sick. It usually doesn't last more than 3-5 days or me, but yeah it feels pretty terrible. Felt like I was gonna go psycho. The first time, I had weed laced with coke to lol. It was HORRIBLE. Even before the wds I was going a lil' crazy when I smoked that stuff. I found out though and my oldest bro hooked me up with Purple Trainwreck and I actually felt a lot better and got a little sleep. But it didn't stop the restless legs/bodys that were constant and never-ending. I can never sleep the first few nights because of that, but I can fall asleep during the day for some reason.

Second time... pathetic, lying for money, getting picked up from college by my brother, told him it was for "minutes on my phone" or something. Saying I was gonna chill with a friend but instead, walking in the rain to a smoke shop to buy kratom. I think he could tell something was off about me, but I'm master of disguise I guess. Then I bought some on Reddit from a guy whose friend died of a Heroin od and was giving away a lot of kratom for pretty cheap, but that's obviously not allowed there. I then realized, what a low. I'm taking a dead guys kratom. Whole situation about that was wack...

Stem and vein is the same at tapering. I would keep a daily log and measure each dose when I quit, slowly decreasing the amount, then frequency. This made withdrawals tolerable instead of ‘i need to go to an er’, but it still sucked. You need to feel the pain, just in slow motion. Then a few weeks of mild physical withdrawals and months of anhedonia and fatigue. I recently allowed a few kratom doses, and it was really cool, but even with one little binge (say 12 grams staggered) I’d yawn and tear and feel really tired for days after…
A shame since I still really like it, but guess that ship has sailed and I’m sure this applies to all MOR agonists…

yeah never worked for me it just made me crave regular kratom more. Frankly I hate saying it on here but only thing that helped me was the odd alcohol use (in moy long lasting withdrawals) aswell as some benzo use.

Nope, its not. I tried both, and stem/vein is much easier and quicker than tapering.
When you taper it takes 2-3 weeks to come down from 5 grams to 500 milligrams.
With stem/vein you're done in about 5 days.

I tried tapering first, and while it was successfull it did come with feeling unwell every time I reduced dosage.
With stem/vein I felt virtually zero WD's.

The trick is to find good quality stem/vein powder.
I'd say about 90% of stem/vein is garbage, but I managed to find 2 good sources.
Finding good stem/vein makes all the difference in the world.

Just my 2 cents

Frankly Ive tried all options. The best in my experience was using stem and vein or tapering and then using loperamide (at high doses). I wouldnt recommend that to everybody though just because of the risks.
