How are drugs sold in Europe/USA?

Hi guys!
I live in Russia and i would like how drugs are sold and bought in Europe an the USA?
In Russia 95% drugs sales for dark net marketplace. The buyer receives a photo and GPS coordinates of the place where the drugs are hidden.
From the moment of payment to the moment of receiving the drugs, only 1-2 hours pass, and most of this time is spent on the way to the place where drugs are hidden.

What are dirty 30s? And fentanyl? Sorry but you've got me confused with someone else.
 
You are right, your name is so close to this other guy. Sorry my bad, its late and I am off a bit. This one guy use to give horrible advice, who was a heavy fentanyl user. His name was close to yours. He ain't around here anymore that I have seen. Dirty 30's are blue fentanyl pills made by the Mexican Cartels. They use to be cheap, abundant and potentially deadly. Mostly around the boarder states with Mexico.

I am not ashamed of being Russian. It makes no difference to me whether I am Russian or American or African. Of course, I do not support the policy of the Russian authorities on many issues, including the fight against drugs and the war in Ukraine.

Thank you for recognising that your leader is committing genocide against children in your name. However I suppose it's risky for you to oppose your leader in public like this (I'm not even going to mention your leaders name).

Yes, it is indeed risky to speak out against the government in our country. Especially for me, since I am currently in prison for selling drugs.
