I loved taking benzos, then shooting oxy and after that nodding out with a nice (weed, not hash) joint to enjoy. I'd feel so good on the inside, while on the outside, my friends would be straight up freaked out by how I looked.

I won't list the doses as I know I was reckless as hell, and risking my life on a daily basis, for years on end and I don't want to encourage using reckless drug combinations, let alone at doses that would make it dangerous to use by itself.
I also have to mention that you shouldn't combine downers like benzos with opi(ates/oids) at any dose to be safe. And if you do anyway, be very, VERY careful and adjust your dose accordingly because with CNS depressants 1+1 means 3.

I guess it would depend on what you consider sober. I myself consider myself clean. I still take 12mg prescribed bromazepam for anxiety every day but never exceed my dose. I have also been on Methadone Maintenance Therapy for the past 6 years, which has kept me steady and away from the opioids that once ravaged my life. The only drug I still use for recreational purposes sometimes is cannabis. But since I started school I don't smoke at all unless it's a school vacation.

Make of that what you will I guess.
I'm perfectly functional and am currently going back to school to become an IT specialist and am sitting comfortably at the top of my class.

Doing this would've been absolutely impossible for me when I was in active addiction.

I would happily smoke DMT if I knew it's provenance. I say that because I've witnessed people cutting DMT with 5MeO DMT and the latter compound results in what Shulgin colourfully described at as 'like being sat on by an elephant'.

That's really good to hear mate, I do remember you and your various struggles and some crazy stories. Congrats on your education success.

I'm ok, not a lot changed for me really, though I stopped meth about 7 years ago and am trying to slowly cut out pretty much everything else now too, apart from maybe the occasional cocktail or glass of wine.

How high of a dose of pregabalin? i took just over 800mg one time and blacked out before i got anything close to a high. since then ive been wondering how anyone can like this drug

not my first time lol i take pregabalin everyday as it's prescribed, before i got to 800mg i've done 300mg and that was definitely not a high. kind of crazy that i blacked out at 800mg while a friend of mine took 1000mg daily and functioned on it

The LSD came in the form of, I'm assuming a little pill that looked like a pebble? At least in North America I almost never hear of acid moving outside of blotter, gel tabs and liquid, but that's just the region I'm personally familiar with.

I can't body that many opioids or antipsychotics personally, but keeping the Lyrica, Adderall, Lunesta, Vistaril (or Promethazine), Valium (or Ativan), Clonidine, and any of the opioids would put me into a state of zen tranquility that would make a buddhist monk far beyond envious. I would almost certainly not be able to keep my eyes open without 3-4x as much Adderall as you listed, or preferably Ritalin/Bupropion just based on my personal tastes.

How many of these mixes have you tried? I imagine that say, Lunesta, Adderall, and Ativan alone could lead to a profoundly difficult-to-manage blackout state, for example.

Honestly, my projection of that list applies to providing a 100% relief of every symptom of chronic pain syndrome of 3 decades in a post-op in-patient setting, completely removing the ability to care about or pay attention to reality -- in a comical way

I have taken almost all of these drugs at the same time in-patient because I require a good deal for maintenance daily. Recently dubbed "the whole patient" because I wear out nurses bringing something every 60-90mins. The downside to this is surgeries require me to taper down before them, so acute symptoms can be treated.

For the past 17 years I have been dependent on Roxicodone, Methadone, Hydromorphone, Clonidine, Ativan or Xanax, Lunesta, Visteril PAM, Cymbalta or Zorloft, short stints of promethazine & Lyrica after procedures, Haldol, either Zanaflex or Flexeril 4 out of 12 months each year, daily > Toprol ER 100mg, Lisinerpril 40mg, Diltiazem 240mg, and typically I am given Inapsine and Haldol 24-48hrs post-op because of my tolerance to opioids, alpha2, sedative/hypnotic. and anti-histamines. I have been on Rx opiates/opioids for 38 years and I am turning 48 this summer.

Over the past 16 months, I have removed the following Rx's -- Hydromorphone, Haldol, and Zanaflex.

Currently down to Roxicodone 210mg, Methadone 30-40mg, Clonidine 0.9mg, Visteril PAM 100-150mg, Ativan 2mg, Lunesta 3mg, Zoloft 100mg, and Benadryl 200mg. No one has a clue. They let me have all of the extra meds after procedures because I quickly taper off them. I make gentleman agreements with doctor's which has led to a dynamic give and pull relationship of following the lead and asking for the reins when needed. I make sure to bring my out-patient PCA documents & pharmacy statements into the hospital.

Ohhhh I've seen those circulating, good to hear that a heady one was found! I've consistently heard those about the gemstone-shaped 'micro"dots going around.

This sounds like a huge hassle to be at the thumb of a system like that, hospitals have routinely failed for me (both in prescription and in surgical failure), and my health is poor enough to where I could easily grab a script for benzos, promethazine, muscle relaxants, oxy, various antipsychotics, etc. but I'd rather self-medicate with things I can access myself in long (stash amount) quantities, or make myself, such as 7-OH. Just my personal beef with the medical system here in the US I suppose.
