I fried on a pan bolognese sauce I dived yesterday and potatoes I boiled yesterday and I put extra garlic and scorpion chili and onion.
Scorpion chilli that's a milder one isn't it? I think I've tried it.

I made a partridge and chestnut stew today which came out really well and for dinner I'm doing, uh, macaroni.

You a fan of Chilli?

"A laboratory test conducted in March 2011 measured a specimen at 1,463,700 Scoville heat units, officially ranking it the hottest pepper in the world at the time" <3 <3 <3

I've had 14 grams of Naga / Ghost / Bhüt Jolokia before as a gift, the first one I ate right off as I was sure all the people on youtube were being babies & putting on a show for the camera, I learned to my misfortune that wasn't the case. After you had them for a few days you got used to the heat though & you could eat one crushed up in food & get the taste instead of pure agony.

Egg & Cress!!!!?????
Elderflower to wash it down with too, my God you are beyond words to express the Horror I feel towards your choice of food.
It was 10 minutes before closing so I'll concede the sandwich options weren't great but if you get a meal deal and go for anything other than the smoothie or the posh juice you are just doing it wrong and I don't know what else to tell you.

Actually I do: egg and cress is the tits.

Did seven eggs in the pressure cooker. Usually eggs are very easy to peel when pressure cooked, but if you leave them in the cold water for too long this is no longer the case and they become very hard to peel. I had to get the shell off as much as I could and suck the egg out like oysters.

I've been drinking a lot less but I don't want to lose weight too fast so I don't lose my muscle mass. 2500cals really seems like a lot when you're not topping it up with six pints of beer a day. I'm guzzling whole milk all day

This is from one of the carb days too.
Not too sure about it but I made it spicy so it was good that way !!
With dried red peppers and fresh green jalapeno. !

Are those Iceland Pizas at least half decent ZB?

I do like a good thin crust piza, ideally spicy meat feast, and most of the asda and aldi ones are OK to pretty good..

I think they cost around £1.50 in asda and aldi, which is a good price already, but just wondering if Iceland are even cheaper?

I usually add some fresh toppings to the pizas before I bake them, always diced red onions, (they taste so good and are an essesntial on any piza imho) very often sliced mushrooms, sometimes some sliced tomatoes when I have any.

It's one of the very few ways I'm getting any veggies at all, at the moment.

Oh yeah, they are really good.
