All we can kinda hope for is that real #4 makes a large scale come back.

The least we can hope for is for just straight fentanyl without rott- your-asshole from the inside out poison being in it. I don’t see real heroin coming back it’s just too expensive and weak vs fentanyl.

There is zero hope in helping the drug problem. It just gets worse and worse and worse

We don’t even have a medical protocol in place for getting people off of xylazine. No treatment exists

As poverty and desperation and joblessness continue to exponentially increase drug use will get uglier

I would also say that today’s protocol for fighting fent addiction is lacking. You can go to a methadone clinic and they will start you at 30-40mg. Then you can very slowly climb in dosage. This is a treatment designed to combat heroin, but in my experience was useless against fent. A year after starting I found myself with two addictions. So I quit the clinic cold turkey, from 120mg (The highest dose allowed at that time). I suffered zero wd from the methadone.
