Heroin Cannot Orgasm on Opioids. How to Fix?

When I'm on Heroin or other strong opioids, I cannot orgasm.

Is there any way to fix this other than not taking h/opioids?

It bothers my wife and I need to do something so we can bone when I'm high without leaving her upset that I don't get off.

When I had a strong opioid habit, the only way for me to fully enjoy sex was to take significantly less than my usual dose. Not so little that I went into withdrawal, but almost.

Um in my experience no and I've never been able to have sex on heroin. If you have the real thing it's almost better than sex(great for like when your going through a break up). I have to be in deep in withdrawal to even consider jerking off. There are people though like I've heard of people having sex on it. Maybe they didn't iv it? It's the only way I've done it so idk. My dick has always lost feeling while on h or oxies even at 16.

Edit: i missed the part about your wife that sucks I've had girlfriends in that same situation. You may want to consider quitting maybe for the relationship if you care about it. I've lost significant others for not being able to have sex with them.
 
thinking of the above post, i often get horny when withdrawing... i dunno, kind of hold off on dosing or dose less and maybe you'll be able to get it up.

i dunno if your wife wants to have a kid or whatever and that's why she wants sex, but maybe like eat her out or get marital aids or something.. idk..

i was on anti-psychotics for a while and couldn't get it up.. the psychiatrist offered me viagra.. that stuff is always on t.v. for pretty cheap now... i dunno if it would have side effects with opiates though.. take a look. some one here will know.

My wife doesnt know I relapsed yet, I haven't had the heart to tell her yet.

I think she's just confused why its not happening and is concerned its her, despite how much I tell her its not her. It doesn't matter how much we enjoy the sex, she feels bad when we're done if I we dont both finish.

You could just say you’re on antidepressants or some other drug that makes it hard to cum
 
Exact same for me, when I first started using h, back in 1994 for the first few months it would just take forever but I could finish, it was actually a positive cause I could go forever.

Those days are long gone, I'm on methadone now and I have no problems on that, however if I use over the top, forget about it, it's mr floppy.

My advice, I think honesty is the best policy man.
 
Get your testosterone levels checked at a doctor. I'm on mmt and I had to get labs twice and referred to an endocrinologist to get on Testosterone Replacement Therapy and 10 mg Cialis daily. This is my advice to any man but especially on daily oral opioids because it's likely you could be suffering from opiate induced hypogonadism. It blocks your pituitary gland from producing testosterone.:forestwhittaker:

I strongly disagree with you this is not a testosterone level thing. It is the brain chemical release of heroin that causes the lack of sex drive. Heroin is powerful to the point it nullifies all pleasurable things and its a painkiller which removes feeling.It's hard to do anything on heroin because your pleasure chemicals are all going off and your numb
and warm. Heroin conditions the brain to beleive that heroin is the only thing you need, not food or water. No friends or family and no sex. It like takes away your natural primal desires.I used do to tren cycles when I was younger with this guy and we would do heroin too. I would not have been able to have sex at all man regardless of the testosterone in my body, my blood level was very high.
I was really pissed off on heroin and roids, that combo will make you public freak out angry.

Maybe methadone is different but than heroin but I have low testosterone (hypogonadism) induced by methadone.

Maybe research this a little bit before you just say random shit and expect people to care about your opinion?
 
You can have low testosterone from h and yeah there is a study from 1988 about testosterone leading to impotencey that is true. There is also a study on injectimg opiate agonists shutting down your sexual systems. I'm not impotent I jerk off while withdrawling when it comes back.I can always have sex when I'm off. It is the depressent effect of the heroin on the bodies systems with the low blood pressure that causes you to not have a sex drive while on intoxicated on it. You also can stop breathing that is a function that can also turn off from the drug. I agree testosterone therapy would be good post recovery from being clean, testosterone is not going help OP have sex with his wife on iv heroin.I've had alot "research" time with the drug.

I kind of reacted because you implied testosterone replacement therapy for hypogonadism is akin to cycling testosterone when you don't need it to get big in the gym.

When you said "roids and heroin rage" . I mean yes testosterone is technically an anabolic steroid but when it's prescribed by an endocrinologist for hypogonadism the amounts you take are lower than someone cycling. I take 100 mg a week sub cutaneously while taking amounts 3-5x that would be akin to steroid cycling.

No that is the thing I'm saying your wrong about. Testosterone will not help you with sex while on iv heroin. I think when your intoxicated from iv heroin the no sex drive thing is more of a reaction to the drug. Not you lacking in Testosterone. I shoot dope and I lose feeling of alot of stuff to a degree. I think impotencey is more of a long term thing that can happen too.

Yes both on and off heroin. On heroin i couldn't feel my dick but it was hard. If I tried to have sex I wouldn't have cum guaranteed. I actually thought really hard about this yesterday at one point.
When you inject heroin, does all your testosterone get immediately ejected. Obviously not but like the moment get iv head rush I'm like super euphoric with a dick that doesn't work with zero desire. I think the sex drive during intoxication is neurachemical, and if you have it afterwards its the testosterone. I'm legally retarted btw hawhawhaw.

The study I looked at was for daily oral opioids like methadone. At a high enough dose it blocks your pituitary gland from producing testosterone.

That's fine I'm legally mentally disabled too.. ;(

Yeah i saw the one about methadone. Did you do heroin? Apparently if your are a heroin addict and start using methadone it boosts the impotencey. I never did methadone I did subs, sorry you are dealing with that. I read in a medical book that is old and I would imagine is not on the internet. It's for anesthesiologist's it talks about iv opiodes and heroin in the book and how it effects the central nervous system, cardiovascular system and sex drive. Depending on how strong your dose is which is hard to keep consistent, the relaxation felt from the drug throws off your body systems alertness, and they almost try to fall asleep on you. The classic heroin overdose is stopping breathing because your lungs stopped working. This is also why the withdrawal is such a night mare. Your entire system has to rebuild afterwards.

That's in layman's terms guess lol. I'm not a medical student at all lol.
