Lower quality and Rising prices of fentanyl

Hello all. I'm new here but I wanted to ask about the current low quality and Rising prices of fentanyl. Here in Washington the quality has dropped so badly yet the prices have doubled or quadrupled In The last 6 months. I was wondering is this just a Washington State issue or is this a nationwide issue?
 
The Sinaloa cartel, the main supplier to the west coast (and the cartel who started all of the fent plague), ceased production about a year ago, this is likely the result of that.

Yes the fentanyl quality has lowered significantly especially if your getting straight fent. Prices have gone down for me significantly though. I literally blew through 6 gs in like 3 days recently.

Amazing what Trump said a few months before he got into Power isn't it!! ;)

I've been doing Afghan #3 since 2001 in the UK (England) & we have always had regular good quality stuff, Fent has popped up here & there but it's very rare. The last guy who made a big deal about having cut his gear with Fent was jumped & got a good kicking for it.

The Mexican Cartels should check out the band Brujeria & their track called "Consejos Narcos" =D ;)

South africa brah, and the dealers here don't take shit and wanna make money, not gonna say there nationality. But I once a month test it and so far clean, quality is a bit low but no other chems like fent and tranqs

Yup a year ago the fent pills / blues / beans in Tucson got absolutely worthless.. they had little if no fentanyl at all and would burn up to a.pile of ash. Then powder showed up and people that could afford it switched to that. Less then a year later the pills came back stronger then before and still cost less then a soda at circle k .

I suggest it's far more likely to be a PR exercise and possibly the bulk price of fentanyl is so low that, in fact, H is now the more profitable business.

Even just a few months ago the DEA was making arrests of people who were associated with that cartel for fentanyl smuggling. But who knows when that stems from?

As a chemist, if I had no moral quarms about harming others, I would make etonitazine or carfentanil. In both cases fairly recent papers have provided much simpler syntheses for both of these compounds which is, I presume, why they have begun to turn up in so many places. Certainly EL PAÍS has reported on both turning up in post mortem samples of victims who lived in US states boardering Mexico.
