Gabapentinoids Lyrica, buvidal bupe injections and H and benzos

Questions. Been on bupe injection for a while. Recently haven't used (smoke) H and I started again after 3 weeks.

3 days in a row of h.. I feel like I'm hooked again. Does it mean I'm back to square one? During the first 2 weeks without H would have gotten the acute withdrawals away.. right? I felt so as I felt all symptoms like depression and etc..

I also was taking 600mg +/- of lyrica for 1 month straight.

I'm on benzos, clonazepam for a long time for my stress.

Question is about the H while on bupe injections. I feel the cravings much more now and can still get high granted I have to smoke 0.5g of pure. I get the itchy nose and Europhia.

Now im not taking either is it the lyrica withdrawal that's making me feel shyt or is it that I used H again after 3 weeks.

Been using for 10 years but quit up to a year in between.. im really thinking it's the lyrica withdrawal that's causing discomfort, shaky hands depression and cold sweats.. like my hand and feet are always sweaty.

I don't want to waste that 3 weeks cos time is of the essence for me. Paws (post acute withdrawals will suck after I stop it all except the benzos which I need.

Lyrica wds, I would say. Insomnia, anxiety, the shits... are present both in h and pregabs wds, but those shaky hands you said are often more related to gaba acting drugs supresion; I never got serious shakes after opi cesation (even cold turkeying mdone) but I did got then from Lyrica and/or vodka sudden cesation.
Its hard to say cause you have been opiate dependent and 3 days of h use in a row easily could bring some opi wd also, you probably are feeling bad from both wds, but I know how insidious Lyrica is. One month isn't too long but 600mg is a high dosage.
Good news are that both h and pregab wds don't last that long, pregab wds linger a little longer but not much (ime, anyway). After 3 or 4 weeks since your last dose you should be feeling not only better but almost "normal"

Thanks you have all my questions answered and now and peace of mind. I was like why are my palms sweaty and bed ridden for 2-3 weeks. That was the lyrica withdrawal. I have abused it in the past if I missed that but only on and off.

Now the h i stopped for a month and I hope today is my last (4th day after 3-4weeks of using), I dont crave it its a waste as I can't feel it really.

I really think its the lyrica, shaky hands and being scared to go out for some reason so that answers it.

Also stopped weed for a week now too.

Bupe, for me, has always had a mild warm fuzzy glow to it that it absolutely combats depression. Just putting such a strong, long-acting opiate in the body, it absolutely thanks you for it… Bupe is actually one of the most effective tools for depression I’ve ever used.

Yes it helps a lot for what I'm goin' through. Haven't touched H for a while, weed almost daily as well been so for 5 months now. I noticed I'm okay now. Just pregs 1 every week or 2 weeks at 150-300mg max compared to the 1g+ i used to take recreationally.

I'm prescribed clonazepam and it helps its especially taking just 2mg a day.

OH! And my doctor recommended me lions mane mushroom and that helped my depression so much it should be a drug/pharmaceutical medication otc at least. I'm more motivated especially mixed with ashwagandha so I'd like to HIGHLY recommend those mushroom/herbs

So I am just ok ik it can and will be better over time, I need to start excercising and going to the gym like I used to 3 months ago.

For me the sweet spot of buvidal (not the other one whuch is called sublocade thats shit) is 128mg/monthly (equals 16-24mg suboxone daily) or the maximum 160mg.. but its a different feeling to the strips. Highly recommend the injection. You wake up and feel like you're clean, like clean asf sober but still have a good fuzzy happy feeling like the other guy mentioned. Also if you take benzos with it, enhances it like bliss.

I recommend you guys look into Lion's mane mushroom. As much as it does for the brain and nerves, dopamine, endorphins etc..and regrows it. It's super good for the body too as it's a mushroom, weed are missing out on eating mushrooms that is food itself. Like magic mushrooms lol. Ashwagandha helps too but lions mane you will notice effects immediately.

In order to get Buvidal I have to give up Oxycodone (10mg p/d) and Codeine (60mg p/d). Is it worth it?

Yes its definitely worth it, changed my life from a junkie dope user and the money 250$ a day... changes your aspect of life too. I feel like a whole new clean person just 3-5 days into buvidal (takes a day or 2 to feel used to it). Hands down worth it UNLESS your rich and can have endless supply .

You must commit though, so you have to break that habit of oxys.

In the end it's the best thing. Ultimately your choice. Good luck bro.

Hi this thread seems to catch on..

A little update, no more H for a long time and im good and feel so clear headed and quality of life improved drastically. I got back into my hobbies and interests I missed out due to being hooked and depressed and abusing H and benzos and weed and pregs.

Now H is out of the picture, I still smoke a little weed at night, i take pregs still but 1 or twice a week at 150-300mg max.

I believe the shakiness was due to initial withdrawal of H and lyrica 1g+ a day.. 1 by one i had to set my mind to stop the habit.

I'm great thanks to all your input. But can be better from now on so that's a bonus. Just gets better from now on.

Lyrica wd is indeed a bitch. I am now on gabapentin (as lyrica is not covered for me) but i was on lyrica for awile back when it first came lout as my doc gave me lots of free lyrica samples. Yes we had free lyrica sample packs handed out to us. We even had tramadol sample packs given to us but thats a whole other story. But anyway i ran out of those early a few times and its basically like the gabapentin wd. It's kind of like benzo wd with some symptoms of opiate wd thrown in. I had bad RLS and also had my nerve pain flare up bad. My anxiety also flared up

Mate I apologise for bodering you again but you are the only one here who has some first hand experience with Buvidal.

Are there any side effects and what should I do if something goes wrong?
It's not a pill so I can just tapper it down, it's in my body for a month, like it or not.

Any interaction with other meds, food or drinks? I also suffer from chronic insomnia and I suppose Buvidal is not something that will help me sleep?

Buvidal is great go for monthly injections if your not comfortable with the weekly try the weekly first. Its via IM just like steroid shots, pinch some fat from your butt cheek and inject it doesn't it so don't worry.

Its much much wayy different than that suboxone feeling and taste. It's pure bupe. First couple of days it will need to settle into your body, you'll feel weird after the shot then after you wake up or the next day (you'll know as the first time you won't get much sleep) but once that's over you'll sleep for 11 or 12 hrs.

Monthly doses are lowest to highest: 64mg, 96mg, 128mg, 164mg which is the highest & thats like 32mg+ DAILY suboxone equivalent.
There's a chart/conversion for bupe/suboxone for an idea.

Anyways pure bupe makes you feel great, happy and like you've never touched H or drugs ever. imo as everyone's different. Sure you can relapse but its harder to while on bupe injections and even then you try to use it makes you know ahh this is a waste of money and time why'd the eff I use again .

Then it goes well with weed but everyone's different.

It's quite europhic and not make you feel like a druggy. I'm trying to type as much thoughts but can't atm. Sorry brains kinda fogged up. That's my issue. Hence other herbal supplements help me and should benefit anyone too.

Hi! Yeah you can DEFINITELY. depending on how longer and higher of a dose you've been on.

I've been on it since 2022.. Not good.

doctors recommend just months or as long as you can manage it (trial and error/what works for you regarding dosage)

So imo and ime, whatever dose the longer you've been on it, the shorter the span. Monthly injections will feel like it only holds you up to 2-3 weeks. 1 year max is enough. I even heard many accounts ppl just need 1 or 2 injections.

Don't take it for too long. A year max will get rid of the opiates/opioids/h/etc.. paws and all withdrawals easily as you come off buvidal. Then you jump off buvidal with little to no withdrawals from that itself.

If my health declined rapidly over 11 months going from 2mg to 16mg buprenorphine daily would it be fair to say id have a similar reaction? Would it be smart to take subs for a few days before going for the shot since i haven’t been on buprenorphine in years? Currently have a 10-30mg daily oxy habit or can get away with less then 15 gpd of kratom
