Whats some of the cringe moments from you that your willing to share? I was in public yelling at the sky giving speeches. I was then in a shopping centre shop lifting because I thought i was a god. Lucky security just took my basket off me and i then ran away. I can't remember a good amount of what I did which I'm greatful for to be honest.

I can't remember a good amount either. But I was posting Instagram stories of chats with a friend where I was accusing them of stealing my music and stupid shit like that, big cringe
 
been experimenting with weed again after stopping for a month. since thursday i've been using it at least three times a day. i don't feel as paranoid and music sounds amazing on it. the only issue is that my chest is still messed up, the flu-like symptoms i described before. i hope that isn't permanent. i think i'll go back to quitting for a minute so i can let my body heal.
 
able to watch movies, tv shows and sports in full length without getting bored. music sounds great. anhedonia is still slightly there, but not as bad as before. inner monologue fully returned. sexual function 100% like normal. can feel drugs. almost 6 months off. hopefully at 6 months some other things improve because i hear that's where most people improve.

What worked directly for me in 2 3 days was arginine plus zinc but I stopped because I had full nocturnal erections which woke me up so I stopped taking arginine.
 
HIIII GUSY SO I AM ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF INVeGA. I'M AM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE MY OLDER SELF NOW. I GOT ENERGY FROM THE SUN TODAY AND NOW I FEEL GOOD. ONE THING ALSO I GOTTA NOTE IS I AM FAKING THE ENERGY TOO. THE IDEA OF IT TAKING 6 MONTHS TO RECOVER IS BULL AND I DONT BELIEVE THAT WEAK STUFF. I OF COURSE AM NOT 100% LIKE I WAS BEFORE BUT I CAN STILL CREATE THE ENERGY TOO WITH A POSITIVE MIND. YOU ALL GOT THIS YOU GOTTA BELIEVE IT.
