Kratom 7-OH

I've done it a few times. It definitely feels like an opioid. If I remember correctly, I took 18mg without a tolerance, and it lasted for a few hours. I have no idea about its availability in Germany, but you can probably find it online.

Also, anecdotally speaking, from a friend's experience, if you have a prior tolerance to opioids, it's a complete and utter waste of time. I think he told me he took over 150mg and felt nothing.

I know for a fact 7-OH and pseudoindoxyl are strong, stronger than oxy. For example, an 18mg tablet is stronger than a 20mg oxy ir tablet. Resistance/tolerance builds quickly. I have read it doesn't affect respiration like opioids, but I don't suggest going by what I know.
I'll leave you with this:
I was on 100mg of morphine ER every 12 hrs plus 1x 15mg oxy every 4 hours, and the morning I was completely out of Rx I discovered Hydroxie pseudoindoxyl (RED packaging). I took 2 immediately (I suggest taking the LEAST amount to achieve your goal-whatever that is) and had zero withdrawals and my pain was well managed. They lasted about 4-5 hours per 2 tabs.
 
It's my understanding that it does not suppress respiration because for all practical purposes does not activate the b-arrestin pathway.

The lit doesn't make it seem like it's settled science, but I kind of think it is. Heck, just look at the (lack of) epidemiological data.
 
I’m for Europe and can’t find it anywhere , I found it in 2 Czech shops but is very expensive 15-20€ per pill also a known altnoid brand has gummies with 7oh but their bunk

7-OH is strong, and it's sold in practically every smoke shop in America. The first time I took 40mg I nodded so hard that I drooled on myself, and I was a rabid heroin / fent user for a decade before cleaning myself up with the help of Suboxone. I currently have a gnarly tolerance to 7-OH and I'm doing about 300mg a day. Suboxone oddly doesn't do much in terms of helping the cravings and I still have some withdrawal feelings on 8mg. Tolerance builds up super super fast and the withdrawals are only a tad less bad as pharmaceutical painkillers such as oxy. If you do find any, I'd only use it as a treat to yourself here and there. I've burned through probably 2 grand just in a month. I'm currently stacked up on subs and some Xanax and I'm going to give it a serious go at quitting because I'll be broke before I know it if I keep going this way. It's more expensive than buying street drugs.
