I don't think it's inherently bad to draw historical parallels. George Santayana's quote has shown itself to be true in other nations. But not nations that are English-speaking, thus they don't tend to get taught much. Argentina is among the South American nations in which there have been repeated patterns of government.

I think someone pointed out that the strength of right-leaning governments is that they are able to disagree behind the scenes and still provide a united front while the weakness of left-leaning governments is they disagree, fragment and are unable to provide a united front.

I do appreciate it's far, far more complex so please do not see my brevity as treating the subject in a trite manner.

Yes, the founder of Dream market was never identified and the site was online from 2013-2019. He/she must have earned millions of dollars and decided it was enough. Gave everyone a month to move their funds off the site before shutting down.

It is when the man deporting them also employs thousands of them and they compose large portions of all of income tax without ever getting tax returns, therefore paying more tax than US citizens and doing many of the most essential jobs in our country.

That link you copied refers to a seperate market - silk road 2.0. He was incarcerated when that site emerged and was run by different people.

I warned the other guy as well, he was temp-banned for a few days as a result.

The Catholic church thrived under the Nazis. As for the rest, once in power, they made sure they remained in power, which makes sense.

I always find it odd that US citizens are constantly fooled into thinking gun ownership is a right - My reading of the 2nd ammendment is that citizens have the right to bear ARMS. That they conflate gun ownership with arms confuses me. I'm disabled so a gun would be of little value to me but I'm almost certain I could follow the instruction manual of a Pershing II TRBM, for example. Aren't nukes 'arms' in exactly the same way as guns are?

Im still 99.5% certain that if you wanted cp on silk road you could find it. They sold guns and hitmen as well. Also how would one go about moderating that without revealing themselves to the mods? You couldn't, and to do it alone? No way. I stand by my claim.

Aren't stolen guns still the much bigger problem?

In fact, aren't most of the guns involved in homocides obtained legally?

I thought ghost guns were really only of interest to people who could not obtain such weapons legally, but I'm not an expert on this - where I am even the police don't have guns.
