Opioids tramadol

i have been dabbling in prescription tramadol for maybe 10 years now, all from big doses to daily small doses.
so couple days ago i bought some of the street which he claimed to be 50mg. that made me think perfect cause ive been taking 50mg capsules(ER).
so i get to testing them with not that much of a tolerance, first day took 3 felt a lil buzz, second day 6 felt a lil buzz, third day took 10 barely felt anything.
woke up today feeling like i have been hit by a truck after 3 days of tramadol which makes little sense to me execpt the dosage. what do u suppose its filled with since they are not as strong as 50mg (ER) from the doctor.
 
Who fucking knows with all this fake shit. I’m supposed to be goin to jail for a year for assault soon and I can’t even get myself some moggies and my zopiclone doesn’t do shit to me

Are you on other prescription medication? I ask this because I am trying to see if you can get high on Tramadol another way. Doc gave me a prescription for Tramadol 50mg by accident. I am on Carbamazepine high dose and they don’t mix, the carbamazepine cancels the effect of the Tramadol.
I am slowly going back to my morphine days☹️ but it’s really only way to get pain free

I got a script for a dislocated shoulder which tore off my bicep tendon. I never noticed a buzz but it relieved my pain. It's not a fav of mine tho.

Do you want to get high or do you want to be pain-free? I ask because you mention both and they are two different things.

My bad for breaking a rule, wasnt even sure what I said but yeah nitrazepam is tough to find and I have very decent connects.
 
Tramadol Is according to WHO and many studies able to produce as strong opioid mu agonist effects as morphine and M1 metabolite O-DSMT is +- as potent as oxy.

It lasts long, even liquid oral formulation can work for 8 hours depending on you and your dose.
NRI and SRA and SRi effects are very prominent and maybe the most important component of tramadols effects because opioid with potent monoaminergic properties potentiates itself by 2 main mechanism.

It doesn't work if u lack cyp2d6 and u need a lot of benzos if u need huge dose so try to stay on max 400mg ( not in one dose ) if u dont have benzos or leveteracetam. Its like amphecodeine.
