Safest way to dose Fetty

Just snorted fetty for the first time in many years. I take kratom extract daily but slipped up and did some meth yesterday and fetty tonight. I snorted maybe a .1 or less and I’m freaking out. I’m worried about overdosing. What are the symptoms of overdose from fetty and how much is considered dangerous? I would caffeine help me to stay alive? My breathing is suppressed but I feel really high? Is there any way to do this drug “safely ?” So many of my friends have died from this. I hate being an addict. I’m trying to surround my self in a public place so that if I OD people will see me hit the floor and call an ambulance. I know I’m a loser but is there any tips for not OD’ing? What are symptoms of overdose on fetty gray powder from south east coast US

Smoking might be an arguably safer way to do it, since you can tailor your high a bit. Once you've snorted too much there is no going back.

But smoking fentanyl surely kills many people, so again, it's arguably safer, yet high unsafe.

One thing I'd also recommend is to make sure your stuff is well mixed to avoid hotspots.

But the only way to use it somewhat safely is to use it with a tripsitter who is sober and has plenty of narcan.

If you dont have a safe use center (where people monitor you getting high) one approach I've heard on here is to sit in a hospital cafeteria after using said drug. That said, I believe the bluelighter who mentioned that approach died not too long after sharing that ideam, so that I suppose that isn't the greatest testimony.

Thanks. I was reading and I think oral administration of fetty is lower bioavailability to the bloodstream so maybe I’ll mix up some in water and drink it. I regret buying this shit. It feels good and all but not as euphoric as pharmacy pills and the risk of OD scares me so much I can’t enjoy my high. I think I’ll buy some narcan and wear it around my neck while using hahaha

Thanks for the advice. I’m scared shitless of this drug yet I just did another small line. I wish I never found it. Literally went around to a hundred bums on the street asking around for it. They said it was hard to find since nobody did it. I wonder why (sarcasm) lol this shit sucks I need to stick to beer and kratom and get back into the gym lifting weights. I had 4 years clean what the fuck happened

But now you are getting into that classic back-and-forth pattern of berating yourself for fucking up, feeling bad about yourself and thinking yourself worthless, and then therefore doing more, leading to feeling even more awful about yourself. I know that pattern of thought and behavior personally, and it sucks. It sucks and it's counter productive, but it doesn't have to be your reality. You quit before and lasted 4 years, that's pretty damn impressive. You aren't an awful fuck up, you just had a human lapse. You stopped before, you can stop again, and sooner is better.

Instead of focusing on how you're (@OpiateKingg ) fucking up, try to think about what was working for you when you had those 4 years? What were the things you did that helped you to stay on the path? Focusing on the solution is much more productive than wallowing in the problem. So you fucked up, learn from the experience and do something different next time. It's all data, just don't die.
