soon as id crashed the crystal washed with acetone MeOh and sodium carbonate my asian house mate (technicaly my gf house im just squating) come in an he fuuuucking hates me fucking with the kitchen hes super polite never swears/cooks drugs in comunial spaces (key word comunial you do noodles i do my thing) chill cunt he does a masters in buissness, prissy as fuck an he hates me .

anyway i piped 50mg an it fuuuucked me the elves were not best pleased, not a recreational psych. totally forgot who i was an why i was in this house an who these strange people were. learned my lesson an put it away for a rainy day.

This reminds me of something I've noticed, IDK if you find yourself or anybody else you've used DMT with to have what people would consider an "addictive personality", but the type of person who enjoys cheap quick highs like cocaine, as well as more profound intense ones like LSD, this type of person also seems to treat vaporized DMT like crack in a kaleidoscope. Just a colorful hedonistic thrill with lots of alien experiences and color.

Has anybody reading this ever encountered that sort of fiendish behavior over DMT? It's the only psychedelic other than 2C-B, MDA or N-Benzylated phenethylamines that I've seen that occur with.

Just online, no one in person I know (possibly one guy) has actually done DMT. But yes in posts I see people use several times a day. (Comment on that later)

I agree, my heaviest use in 20 years was 6 times in 3 months. Was working towards something. But other than my first week ever where I did it 3 times in a week I usually put lots of time between use.

We have read about lockouts. (I never had that) Let's for philosophy sake say we each get 200 trips and then nothing. Does the person that does all 200 trips in 2 months gain more than the person that spreads those out over 20 years? IMO the long term relationship is better than a quick dalliance. Time between trips is the same concept of time between meals. To digest. (we take time and chew our food) I bet a lot of people get some insight, but before trying to work with what was learned on the last use they steamroll over the lesson with another blast. Integrate and digest is the same to me.

In my younger days I remember taking acid 3 days in a row many times. (concerts of course) But as I grew older I realized I do need time to integrate what I learned.

However I am all for freedom how people go about it. I never had a vape pen either. But they would not work for me unless one pen can last years.

I’m not sure how long it can last, as long as the battery I suppose but that can be replaced. It’s not one of those liquid pens it’s meant for cannabis concentrates like shatter etc. it has a ceramic plate surrounded by 4 heated coils I just sprinkle freebase DMT straight onto the plate.

Now I think about it I feel the same way about 4-aco-dmt and mushrooms. I feel drawn to them far less often but tend to gain much more from the trips than I do any other substance. They help me point me in the right direction when I’m feeling a bit lost. Perhaps that’s why I feel less inclined to take them frequently.

the acid really does take out any of the rougher edges or darker side of the dmt if you tend to see a dark side of it

im always somewhere in the middle with it - it's good but there's always like this demonic dark side to it that i kinda gotta push out of the way - nothing too difficult to avoid but it's there

For the most part I get the happy and light experience. Only had a few dark ones. But I totally trust your testimony Krink. Not a bad thing for a bucket list though. Haha.

I generally don't mix different psychedelics. But like nitrous on LSD, the LSDMT is also it's own entity. I imagine taking a blast 5-6 hours after the LSD is the correct timing. Just a guess, but just past the peak?

Just wondering if anyone else feels the same.

Fucking hate DMT. Awful feeling, too intense, feels like I'm being dragged underwater by cold hands I can't see and even though I don't see entities sometimes it feels like I'm communicating with some kind of being. And I hate it.

But... for a week or two after a few pipes I feel great. Not like euphoric or physically great but just... content. Motivated. Sharper.

Last time I partook was roughly 2 months ago and the positive afterglow is long gone but I just haven't been able to bring myself to do it. I was gonna do an Xmas ayahuasca analogue... an adhocahuasca... Xmashuasca if you will... but the thought of being stuck with the trip for longer than the 10 minutes it takes to wear off when vaporised makes me want to scream.

It isn't always awful sometimes I do get some positive effects while under the influence but if it wasn't for the tangible beneficial after effects there's no fucking way I'd ever repeat the experience.

Also I've noticed that the clear/white crystal - although easier to handle the feeling - has way fewer lasting benefits for me. The yellowy orange stuff I extracted without a re-X does me far more good.

Surely I can't be alone in this? Everyone I know except one mate either love it or hate it and there's nothing complicated about it. But the two of us love to hate/hate to love it and I'm curious to see what other people think?

im not really a big fan of it - there's a dark side to it - like i was just saying - like an individual that's there that's a bit dark - ive heard other ppl say the same thing

i don't really get any afterglow from it at all - doesn't really do me any good afterwords - it's just an experience with something to think about and ponder


i have a bunch and haven't done it in a while....


and they say the white dmt is better quality than the yellow but i haven't really noticed that - they're both good


ive had some shittier dmt that just doesn't get you across for a breakthrough, but other than that, i cant really say there's a big difference from the white to the yellow, because ive had both that were great


so i don't love it or hate it - it is good but yea - it's a little dark sometimes

Seems nitrous does that too. Once down the trip turns more bland. I can see DMT dong that too.

Can somebody explain to me what a lockout is? I can certainly smoke DMT like it's serotonergic crack, if I've got DMT I can burn easily a gram plus in a day just breaking through over and over and over again. It's never lost its therapeutic value or calling to me, I've probably vaporized 3/4-1 ounce all together I'd guess in the last couple years? Before that though I used dramatically more, I wouldn't be shocked if I've broken through numerous hundreds of times. DMT is the shit, I absolutely adore it. I'm also specifically drawn to high intensity experiences though, and I don't know if I have the capacity for a bad trip tbh.

Edit: Just wanted to clarify, the reason I used more in the past was that it was a larger focus of the extraction efforts around me.

If we're counting total trips and not just breakthroughs, I'm probably closer to a thousand than 500 I'd guess? I've abused DMT like I'm trying to catch a felony assault charge against it or some shit. I've personally never experienced anything like this aforementioned lockout phenomenon, nor have my friends who've used it dramatically more than I have, often in combination with other things (LSD, cocaine, heroin, psilocin, 2C-B, mescaline, tons of dabs, etc.)

Maybe this is a thing that only occurs to specific people?

Sorry for the double comment, but do you think that the use of harmalas might stave this off? Myself and everybody I know occasionally amplify DMT with harmala alkaloids, we consider it a sort of "cognitive cleanup" or reset if that makes sense.

Interesting. Maybe you get more than a regular person. Hahahaha. But that is good to know too. I do notice the amount of psychedelics you can take Esper. That is why I said if you start a blog I would be the one of your bigger fans. (still encourage integration though) Also some of the mixes you mentioned, harmala and LSA. Very interesting. Could be. This is stuff I would ask you. I am just glad to hear someone went to town on DMT and it did not stop working for them. That term Lockout has been around a while. And I only know of reading about it. Harmalas did not help some people though and others it did.
