I'm accutually a degreed, experienced Paralegal and this is what an ambulance chaser is. it's actually illegal, but they try to be the first one to sign up the injured individual so they can make the money off a posible·l lawsuit..i don't know why everyone blamed the attorney being greedy?! all they are doing is aiding the person who was injured. I'm hurting too much or i would explainNo, huh huh, funny, but no they a lawyers who have devoted their careers to going after doctors no matter if there is malpractice or not. They are a greedy unscrupulous bunch of scumbags who are bottom feeders who look for or most up make up anything to get a lawsuit, to get money from insurance companies no matter the veracity of their supposedly, many times false, claims of malpractice.
First of who are going to sue for hurting? Sue, the government for their war on pain patients. They would never; they made too much money suing pharmaceutical companies and now you can hardly ever get pain relief.I'm accutually a degreed, experienced Paralegal and this is what an ambulance chaser is. it's actually illegal, but they try to be the first one to sign up the injured individual so they can make the money off a posible·l lawsuit..i don't know why everyone blamed the attorney being greedy?! all they are doing is aiding the person who was injured. i got my degrees from the college then university. i sat in 4 hour classes. i have enough hours for 3 degrees. i have an associates in Paralegal Studies and a bachelor's in Legal Studies.... no fly by night Phoenix classes here. and i did mostly car accidents and personal litigation. attorneys only deal with the law suits people have paid them or contracted them to do. they are not the ones injured or hurt, they are just compiling and processing the paperwork involved in a case. Don't blame the attorney, blame the asshole who filed the claim... or the person who hurt the individual that required the lawsuit to be filled... and attorneys get paid a lot because there is a mountain load of behind the scenes paperwork that needs to be done. It really wasn't their fault... they were just DOING THEIR JOB, but i can't change your mind and I'm too sleepy to try. God bless. good nightFirst of who are going to sue for hurting? Second: You to, can get your degree from the comfort of your very own home; hotel and hospitality management, teachers aide, nutritionist, dental hygienist assistant, paralegal, urine specimen tech assistant, private investigator, gunsmithing, or get your high school diploma.
Yeah, too get 40% of so many bs claims. Of course as a paralegal you would defend them. Let me guess you work for one of these slip and fall lawyers.
These people are like, John Edwards former Presidential candidate and very wealthy liar, actually he was cheating, then he lied on his marriage vows as he had an affair before his wife died of cancer.
Any lawyer who sole goal is money, are always seeking to fatten there bank accounts no matter, what the case, if they think they can get a quick settlement. Or a huge jury settlement.
How noble. They are big part of the high cost of Healthcare in America, allegedly.lol
It is because of them that doctors have such high insurance premiums. There have been shortages, as reported many years ago, of the shortage of obstetricians in the Chicago area and many other areas because of lawsuits and too high of insurance premiums.
They are in my opinion, the least respectable people in their profession, and that is saying alot.
They don't go into this to help people, it is about money. It can very often be the most lucrative form of law. If they really cared about people they would work as public defenders and actually try; try to actually help poor people.
They are also aiding, in buying a bigger and nicer house, I mean more houses for themselves. Also nicer and more cars, better vacations and you act like these people are so noble.
Most are as noble as a plastic surgeon who would give a 13 year girl double D breast implants, if she had the money and her parent(s) consent.
you can sue anybody you want. Doesn't mean it'll make it through but you gotta show they "directly" were the one who caused your pain. there are so many people that's hard to do. There are depending on the source,1.1-1.3 million lawyers in America. Around 1 to every 300 people or less. That is insane. Also there they need to make money anyway they can.you can sue anybody you want. idon't know anything of Quasimoto maybe I'll get a chance to see it. I certainly understand your frustration and pain with attorneys . I've had my own frustration and pain with attorney. There are definitely bad attorneys out there and greedy attorneys. Where your problems with these attorneys it was probably because the attorneys were not well educated on all the laws especially the complicated parts of old and new laws they were trying to represent plus the fact they don't know everything about you or exactly what went down to cause you to be in court. That usually involves their precious time where they could be preparing for other cases. A LOT of their time is spent in research and document preparation. Think of them more as bad students than bad people or uncaring people . Because there's so many laws that come out that is hard for them to be great on every single one. i promise you attorneys do NOT like all of these new laws and having to do "cls " continuing legal studies every year which is like 15 or sunbathing college credits a year to keep up with the new laws. it's exhausting to keep up with them that's exhausting. It takes a smart dedicated person keep up with all the new laws every year and that's why they make so much money. A regular person who isn't willing to constantly keep up with their education isn't going to make an attorney because there's a lot of school and even after work that continues going on with it. And it gets so complicated that it does take a smart lawyer to Shuffle through the mess of all the new laws which can be very complicated and hard to understand. Sorry my hands twitch and I dropped my phone or I mess up what it types of this is hard to write this parent I keep getting mistakes with my hand. But the reason they get paid so much is it so hard to keep up with all the new balls every year. There's also so much behind the scenes that people that we do, a lot of what those attorneys make go to expenses paying paralegals paying overhead cost paying for stenographers and other legal people like expert Witnesses and such. People to do legal research for the attorneys which can be ours and hours or days of days. Also take hours to draft different lawsuits and motions. And the cops and peopl9e who arrest people are totally separate from attorneys. Their job is totally different than attorney's job. So I don't know what this is you're talking about adding the police into the situation. I'm sorry you got pants situation with the public defender but it's public defender just have a lot of people she she or he has to defend and that's a lot of case work to keep up with for low pay. Sometimes it's a way for beginner attorneys to get into the system. Well I hope you don't have to have any future experiences with attorneys. Hope for the bestThere are depending on the source,1.1-1.3 million lawyers in America. Around 1 to every 300 people or less. That is insane. Also there they need to make money anyway they can.
That is why our courts are so jammed up in lawsuits because of all the bs suits that clogs our civil courts.
So many politicians are lawyers, granted there are some needed; but that presents a real conflict of interest. Because they make more and more laws for all these lawyers to have work when they lose an election and have plenty of 'work' when they lose an election and are out of a job.
Not to mention that lawyers love more and more laws, ridiculous rulings, and more and more complicated bs. More money, and different avenues to exploit the system and also raises the cost of medical bills due to the absolutely extraordinary amount doctors pay in insurance, guarantees extremely high medical costs.
Also their nonsense to try to attack people and take away people's livelihoods because of nonsense lawsuits that run up bills, that bankrupt small businesses and people.
Reform is needed.
The plaintiffs in all these bs cases should be stuck paying all the legal bills.
Same with criminal cases where people can afford a real lawyer, not the free one who could careless, about the defendant, I know this from civil bs, when my dad was sick and dying and a civil hearing, and from the worst offense I was caught, a DUI.
Funny part is, on a super drunk DUI case, it was because of my faulty liver and alcohol from two days of drinking stored in my body. I have cirrhosis and was fine then I was at a .38something, almost .39BAL, my court appointed attorney was in disbelief that I was able to talk to the judge and got the charges reduced and a rather low punishment for a regular DUI.
She was astonished that, in all honesty I was, a better lawyer than her and I am a college dropout, around 90 credits or so.
Too many laws, too many people expointing the system and too many eager slip and fall; ambulance chaser types who seek out platiffs( similar to a hungary predatory animal that is licking their mouth with a little bit of drool before he or she pounces or chases down the potential meal).
That is how I see it. Also a law enforcement and our legal system that is in more and more cases, corrupt and seeks only to win, forget the truth. Now this isn't to say we don't in theory have a good legal system comparatively but it is abused, misused and down right corrupt at times. Besides we have a 4 tiered justice system. Not to mention another level, outright bribery or blackmail.
Do I hate lawyers, NO, I believe in a civil society they are needed but 1,
This was pointed out to me by Quasimoto, whom I am different politicaly and in terms of religion or that area, also very dierent.
Watch: Who killed Nicole; I figured it was going to be bs, I was in shock and have watched it several times. It is free on YouTube, watch it, and it really did have an affect on me and I am very skeptical and sarcastic and Norm brought the recipes and left me in shock. It was also a great documentary, thanks Quasimoto, he was right. I figured he was full of it, sorry I was wrong.
Agreed! Full body...almost orgasmic feelingNo even close. Nothing whatsoever even resembles IV dilaided it is truly a unique rush unmatched in drugs.
So glad to see some one else mention this.IV Fent is no where as good, euphoric, warm or pleasant as IV Dilaudid unfortunately. strength does not equate euphoria
exactly this-They feel nothing alike. Dilaudid has a awesome rush to it while fent is basically devoid of euphoria imo
