So you're one of the type of drinker for whom when pissed, their mind can become, or feel, sharper, clearer, and have flashes of insight or intelligence, and things like that?Just been for a walk to the offie for yet more booze.
However, I was already unfeasibly pissed as a cunt and couldn't help wondering why I wasn't faceplanting the concrete with every step.
Then it suddenly occurred to me. My forward momentum was perfectly counterbalancing the force of gravity, thus preventing me from knocking my teeth out.
Then I realised, this is how celestial objects maintain their orbits.
WOW!!
I was today years old when I finally understood science.![]()
Didn't know the author of one of my favorite novels (The call of the wild) died like thatSo you're one of the type of drinker for whom when pissed, their mind can become, or feel, sharper, clearer, and have flashes of insight or intelligence, and things like that?
Jack London was one of those. And this is possibly one of the many reasons that his descent into alcoholism was so heavy, complete, and at least played a part in his early death.
I'm the total opposite, alcohol tends to muddy and muddle my brain. Although whisky can hit better and make me feel 'lit up' sometimes.
