It's similar to someone telling people that the Rockefellers are evil and that they wouldn't be surprised if someone burns their house down. It's a subtle way for that person to try to get or incite people to do the act that they really want done themselves.

My plan is to get out of Canada as soon as possible. Now that I'm being sued , my life is over I have no future in this country. I dont think I will have luck in the US with Trump. I was thinking Australia or somewhere in Europe. For those unaware, During my first ever psychosis episode I caused an accident thinking Russian spies were chasing me. I suffered severe injuries but some lady who was in other car is is seeking over 200k from me for causing her depression and other symptoms . Crazy how the first big and major mistake I have made in my life will effect me for the next 50+ years. I got to get the hell out of this country and start a life elsewhere.
Frankly if you can leave go to Australia with the kangaroos there France is bad a lot of racist my brother here, I would like to go to Morocco eat good things there in France everything and poisoned pesticides patout nothing natural, but well I left the city for the countryside fuis my brother when I was in obligation of care I wanted to leave the country

You haven't recovered because you're taking chemical drugs during your convalescence, like many others. Let your brain recover on its own.
Been looking into the relationship between diet, metabolic health and the mitochondria link to brain health. Might try experimenting with things to enhance metabolic health to see if it has an effect on this state of being bedridden not wanting to do anything
Edit: I have no idea what I'm reading to be honest, but there seems to be a few sources and a lot of personal experiences linking metabolic health as a huge factor in poor brain functing/ mental illnesses.

i was reading about complaints of constipation a few pages ago, and i'd recommend just getting your daily intake of fiber if you don't, and also water definitely helps... cheese tends to make people constipated, so limit that if you're constipated ime.
be careful not to consume too much fiber though. maybe check with your doc about how much you are eating if you can't find a good resource for that online... they have some pretty delicious (or at least decent) tasting fiber bars that have borderline too much fiber.. kelloggs had a few high fiber cereals that were like 50% fiber back in the early 2000's. they had dried yogurt and they were really good. they took those out of the stores where i live though. i was thinking maybe they had too much fiber in them. like a 35% fiber bar a day will even have too much fiber or me sometimes... raisin brain i think has a little less than that. maybe give that a try if you like it... you could eat beans too if you don't like cereals and weird chocolate bars. vegetables also have lower amounts of fiber but enough to help.

I found a really good lawyer who is representing me for free but idk I 100% got out of a criminal charge due to psychosis last year but this is more civil and most likely lose .
