Methadone and benzos can be risky. The "Brompton cocktail" can be risky, especially without all the ingredients. Nobody and no body likes a half ass cocktail. Know your tolerance, do your research. 30mg's is not much but don't go playing with fire after you went through the pain of kicking the fetty.
YES. Absolutely so....
It should be stressed this is for tolerant individuals only who have built up a tolerance over years and years (10-15 years in my case). And you're Very knowledgeable about your meds....their MOA, any DDI's, active metabolites, half life & clearance, etc.
In safe, low therapeutic doses, tailored to a specific individual.....the legendary Brompton Cocktail

is unmatched and the true Holy Grail.....it's like a Speedballs older more mature brother
Adding a dopaminergic stimulant (d-Amphetamine) to an Opioid (Morphine Sulphate) to severely injured soldiers during WWII SIGNIFICANTLY enhanced the analgesic painkilling properties of the Opioid. Lower dose of opioids were still effective, while reducing sedation and improving cognitive function.....also having very robust mood-boosting & antidepressant properties
There are many variations of the oral Brompton Cocktail, some aren't necessary in cases, such as Indica Cannabis, Chloriform, and Cocaine is rarely used at all. Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) is still widely used, but often substituted with Hydromorphone, Methadone, Oxycodone. Cocaine is often substituted with d-Amph, d-Meth, Methylphenidate (Amphetamines in general)
Diazepam 10mg and Pregabalin 300mg are both essential components of the modern hybrid Brompton Cocktail....and Ethanol has ways been a staple. Original formulation calls for Gin. Currently Ketamine is a very valuable and safe drug to add to the formulation
For severe and/or chronic pain in tolerance patients....a properly formulated Brompton Cocktail is a ticket to pain free, comfortable and happy heaven for 5-8 hours lol
Be safe
