Sometimes I get really high, and for a long time, and sometimes I don't, it's strange.I last got invega shots in June 2023 and now in November 2024 I still can’t get high on weed. Is this permanent now? Or do I need to wait longer? I’m starting to lose hope…
It's probably the Vrylar. Most antipsychotics do that to a degree. That is strange. I was off all meds for awhile but recently sectioned and hospitalized in September 2024. When I got out of the hospital I was on Risperidone and Vraylar, and I could get high. But after a week or so I lost the ability again and it hasn’t come back sinceI’m not on risperidone anymore thankfully but I’m still on the vraylar.
It’s just weird because I couldn’t feel it at all before being in the hospital, but then for some reason being hospitalized made me feel it again briefly. I wonder if it’s because I was given Seroquel a few times in the hospital. I read that it could have temporarily helped with feeling cannabis again.
Whats the reason you keep getting hospitlized? Is it from weed? That is strange. I was off all meds for awhile but recently sectioned and hospitalized in September 2024. The first time was partially from weed but I’d say alcohol was more to blame. And the second time I had already had invega so the weed was no longer affecting me. It’s just been fights with my parents but the first time was definitely made worse by substancesWhats the reason you keep getting hospitlized? Is it from weed?
you will eventually feel substances. Just get off the vraylar and any other medication after you stabilized. Personally I tried weed 2 months after last injection and didnt feel anything . I am 8 months off now but no desire to try weed again. The first time was partially from weed but I’d say alcohol was more to blame. I can feel weed but if I smoke regularly the effect diminishes very fast (which is normal as tolerance builds but it never used to happen as fast as now post invega).Apparently it depends on which strain I smoke now. Everything used to feel like a heavy hitting indica to me but now only indicas feel like that.
Are you joking? I dont believe youI came here to inform you all my brother took his life due to invega shot.
I'm sorry. How long was he on invega for?I came here to inform you all my brother took his life due to invega shot.
I'm his big brother and yes my little brother hanged himself due this shot. He kept complaining about how horrible he felt. He left a letter. One of the things he wanted me to do was login to bluelight and explain what happened to everyone. He said there is no recovery. Are you joking? I dont believe you
That's a shame. Recovery is definitely possible, he should have given it more time. Regardless, I'm sorry for your loss.I'm his big brother and yes my little brother hanged himself due this shot. He kept complaining about how horrible he felt. He left a letter. One of the things he wanted me to do was login to bluelight and explain what happened to everyone. He said there is no recovery.
There is recovery! You can't expect to recover in under a year, some people take two and even three! But people fucking recover from this wretched shot.I'm his big brother and yes my little brother hanged himself due this shot. He kept complaining about how horrible he felt. He left a letter. One of the things he wanted me to do was login to bluelight and explain what happened to everyone. He said there is no recovery.
I'm so sorry. It shocked me so much that I didn't believe you at first. This is no joke I pray your family finds peace and he rests in peace. This invega shot ruined many lives mine included but recovery is possible , yes it takes a long time but it is possible.I'm his big brother and yes my little brother hanged himself due this shot. Yeah idk why I'm here as well, In my time here there has been 2 real suicides so far and few close ones . I have never had an experience like this in the many sites and forums I have been on , it goes to show you how dark this place is but don't blame yourself , we talked him out of it last minute but he made the ultimate choice. There is recovery! You can't expect to recover in under a year, some people take two and even three! But people fucking recover from this wretched shot.
FUCK EVERYONE IN THE THREAD WHO MADE HIM BELIEVE THIS. RECOVERY IS REAL. This place is fucking toxic. If anyone out there is reading this, please turn around and leave. I don't have any questions left for this place to answer, I don't know why I'm still here.
I wish I actually talked to him. He gave me really weird vibes and I just didn't want to. I'm sorry, I regret that. I should've been there for him.
