Can your high permanently be blocked due to antipsychotics? Or does it just take a long time in some instances to “recover”?

i know i'm replying to something over a year old, but shrooms and most psychedelics in general will be greatly dulled if not completely not work when a person is taking most or all anti-psychotics that i know of... salvia is a drug that supposedly doesn't have any "trip killers". i smoked some extract while on haldol and it worked 100%. definitely read up on salvia if you choose to try it. a lot of people hate it. definitely not for everybody.

also about weed, i've been on quetiapine and some other drug as a combo of pills in high doses and it didn't stop me from getting high. the same with risperdal pills, and also i've been put on haldol injection with zyprexa and i still noticed getting a buzz from weed.
 
Can you specify, "weed"? - need more nuance to address question - strains, quantity, composition of thc etc?

is this addressed at my recent post??

i smoke regular flower any where from 20-30% thca with regular amounts of delta 9... didn't need more than normal amounts to get high with anti-psychotics at least the body high and eventual relaxation part of it.
 
i'd really feel a buzz from like .2 - .3 of a gram of the flower i described... i didn't need to smoke anymore... i never really smoke more than a gram joint at once regularly, but i'll smoke all day, so i can get up to a couple grams a day smoking... i'm on a low dose haldol inection now. it doesn't really affact me in anyway... i was on high dose though and still got high.. all of the anti-psythotic's i've been on have been given in high doses from the hospitals. i usually get nurses that say they are surprised i'm on such high doses at those times

i haven't tried a lot of the meds though... i'm not really trying to experiment with more, but i have been subjected to some of these drugs.
