I have some 30mg of codeine phosphate. Is it worth taking after alcohol or better without, also better on an empty stomach or does it not matter. Thinking of taking 300mg tonight.
 
It’s ill advised to drink with opiates, especially if you’re not used to them. Alcohol and Codeine are both CNS depressants and could be fatal if both are taken in high doses. IME while Codeine was always a bit weak for me it also affected my breathing more than most other drugs. I had a high tolerance to both opiates and alcohol for years and combined them often, but in the chance all I had was codeine I either wouldn’t drink or would wait til I was sober to take it cause I just felt like I couldn’t breathe on the combo.

Also, while I can’t say I’ve ever done it myself if there’s Tylenol in the pills(I’ve never seen them without) it’s recommended to do a cold water extraction(CWE). If you’re a regular drinker it’s in your best interest, though I’ll admit if you don’t plan on taking pills that contain Tylenol in excess often you should be just fine.

I’d recommend eating at least a little bit though to keep you from getting sick. While I wouldn’t say 300mg is a huge dose when I first started doing pills I’d get blasted off 210, but 180 wasn’t quite enough.

I don't advise you to do it at all. In the past I've taken 20mg. of Oxycodone, 20mg. of Methylphenidate, drank a six pack of Budweiser and inhaled six Whip Cream cans of Nitrous Oxide. Now I'm finding out what I did was dangerous. Do your research for yourself before you do anything reckless.
 
Enjoy as it is maybe complement with some nice Weed if that s your thing.
They go great in my limited experience. Took 120 maybe 160 mg and that was a good dose.
Glad didn t take more as it creeps up. Why not sure bout the dose, it was in the middle of a MDMA haze.
So while i was warn out from a party and opiod naieve.

Alcohol would actually imo ruin it, maybe not 1 unit but its unneeded.

You know the song Codein ?
Don t waste it by itself , or with some Bud its so serene.
Wish it was OTC like 60 years ago.

Not getting wasted by any means, just had a few beers. Going to wait a few hours and then take the codeine.

I will give that song a listen to during the night. Cheers.

No offense, but you're just finding out that a mixture of 2 narcotics, a cardiotoxic stimulant, and alcohol was a dangerous decision?

It was otc in the netherlands 30 years ago france 10-15 , neocodion green box you'd have 300 mg with no apap for the same price as a pack of cheap cigarettes max 1 box per pharmacy per day though with is ok there were 6 pharmacy's in the village Herserange
 
No way, btw the syrup doesn t count. Pure OTC Codeine was somewhere 80/ 90-ties ?
Well maybe your right joined Bluelight 2006, lurked some years before that.
And a few years before that there was internet. About 1994 orso, wild guess.

Restricted to 2x 1 pack/ 300 mg The outfasing year, missed it by a few years orso.
It was as internet came up this things could easy be checked.
To late same for france and probably Spain though that could be language troubles.

Spain had old skool Absentha, so not empty handed. But assumable also OTC Meprobamate.
They just dont talk English.
