The surrounding streets and all transit in them are shut down and largely closed off. Nobody “accidentally” ends up in that area during Pride, at least not where I live.

Well they shouldn’t be doing that.
Adults in a position of power inspecting the genitals of children is not okay unless there is a major medical issue AND the kids explicitly consent without being pressured, forced, or required to allow the inspection.

It is a no-brainer that you are creating a major risk of child molestation occurring if school sports involve systematic inspections of childrens’ genitals.

it's done by a medical professional


at least that's what they told me they were - they even had a stethoscope around their neck so i believed them

These people support half naked drag queens gyrating in front of children.

But have a problem with sports medicals performed by doctors, something that has been occurring with no problem for generations.

They don't "inspect" your genitals. For fucks sake.

We have someone here who already said they had a boyfriend whose cancer was detected early on during one of these appointments...

Young boys shouldn't have routine early cancer or testicular health screenings, which can indicate various other diseases? Why not?

In adults, this is an optional and consensual procedure. Forcing children to participate in this in order to participate in school sports is not consensual.

Also, notice that you only justify it for boys? ;)

It is a fully clothed drag queen dressed far less provocatively than your average pop star reading a children’s story about being nice to each other.

Why are these parents bringing their kids to a bar with drag performances?

I have NEVER seen anything remotely resembling that in a children’s space.
