Yup. I made that mistake. I just threw handfuls of poppy seeds into the dirt thinking post of them wouldn't sprout. How wrong I was. I had hundreds of tiny little poppy plants pop up not long after. But none of them got very big

First time I started growing them, I must have sown thousands of seeds. Only one of them took hold. But it grew to be a six foot multi headed monster. Have you seen or read 'The Day of the Triffids'?

That's what this cunt was like.


Then with each successive year, they grew exponentially, until after 3 or 4 years, I couldn't keep the fuckers down.

Thinning becomes an absolute necessity after a while.

I know that you're not talking about sarcasm, but that's another thing where people always assume it will come across in their text. Text can lack elements that speech has, but people blow up if you don't "get" their sarcasm. Different monster but I sympathize with you. Another website I frequent has people using /s to indicate sarcasm.
