My question is about what can replace Kratom, methadone and Kava Kava for opioids (oxy, morphine) withdrawl? I'm asking this, because I fucked up while cleaning the kitchen a few weeks ago and vanished (don't know if I put somewhere else or threw away) with the remaning kratom and kava of my partner (I KNOW I fucked up, okay? Now I want to solve this the best way possible). And kratom, methadone and kava are not legal in my country.

Is Gaba a good alternative for someone who wants a pause? I'm open with other options (except weed).

Magnolia extract substitutes for Kava, or Valerian. Akuamma or psychotria colorata will sub in decently for the kratom. Methadone doesn't have a lot of good alternatives. Bupe?

I use low dose DXM (30-60mg total) to make opiate withdrawal much more manageable. If you're willing to take a bigger dose like 100-150mg total, you can get rid of opiate withdrawals entirely. Notably for many people this can cause unexpected bowel movements since one is likely to be extremely blocked up after using opiates long enough to get withdrawals. So account for that if you're going to try it

Walk-in clinic or family doc….Gabapentin 300mg X 3 daily for 2 weeks / or Pregabalin 150-300mg X 1-2 daily
Very low dose benzodiazepine (Valium-Diazepam 5mg tablets, 1 in morning, 1 after dinner
Clonidine 0.1mg tablets ….1 an hour prior to bed. 1 around Noon if required to soften the general restlessness

All up to the btch ass doctor who will deny or prescribe something entirely different what they feel is best lol, fckers lol

To have to go hat in hand to some potential dipshit just so they can write a script makes me sick, 40% of them are unfit for service the other 40 are “shook little bitches” oh no, the FDA or Health Canada will kick in my door and revoke my medical license because Purdue Pharma caused a sickening Opioid pandemic through aggressive marketing and insaine financial incentives / vacation trips, etc for the number of tablets sold

People with genuine medical conditions are refused much needed opioid narcotic analgesic meds at even low therapeutic doses…..shook little bitches (thankfully I’ve never experienced this) but THOUSANDS of medical patients are given Mickey Mouse 5mg TEC / Percs for serious pain suitable for hi dose Hydromorphone / Oxycodone

A good family doctor is more valuable than a trusted competent mechanic lol….

My family doc of 25+ years sees my entire family and with me since my RA diagnosis, and will write me nearly anything I ask for (within reason) a significant dose increase? ya, no worries ….a 5 day early refill request? Sure, no worries, I’ll fax it in to the pharmacist. Pure Boss.

And no, I’ve never diverted my CII meds to the illicit market, never dangerously abused my meds beyond my well known tolerance. Serious, genuine, chronic pain ain’t no joke….especially in the winter ….Fuuuuuuck, that 80mg Oxycodone melting away my pain in a blanket of pleasurable warmth & comfort

Dinner made by GF, snuggle on the couch watching a movie together with a crackling fire as a beautiful formulated Brompton Cocktail gradually creeps in and I melt into the couch with the warm fireplace dancing and crackling lol

opium, tercian, clonidine and valium will help. You'll be fine though if you just taper the kratom slowly.
