I was previously on a higher dose of clonazepam then i am now as i now take bromazepam with it as i find it works far better at treating panic attacks. It kicks in much faster. But i also have tmj and trigeminal neuralgia and it seems bromazepam is not nearly as good at treating this. I just had some tmj and took 3mg's of bromazepam for it and it did nothing but i took .5mg of klonopin and the pain went away.

Ideally id like a benzo that works as a good muscle relaxant to help the tmj, a anticonvulsant to help the trigeminal neuralgia and also works fast for panic attacks. But thats a tall order and some benzos like ativan dont work on me at all and my doc doesent like xanax

Diazepam would fit the bill.
Agreed. Diazepam should be perfect with a rapid onset and long duration and muscle relaxant properties.

Probably nothing better than kpin for the anti convulsant. Diazepam will work but tolerance to anti convulsant effects will typically develop far quicker than kpin.

As mentioned already Diazepam would be the closest, IMO, that you would find to be the answer to your OP.

Valium doesent kick in very fast for me though. Also my shrink is younger then me so he might not prescribe valium as only older guys seem to like it.

Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) is a water soluble pro-drug that rapidly metabolizes into Diazepam (Valium) . As of now it’s not a controlled substance and can be purchased online in relatively ease….depending on your location

I bought 1,000mg of Avizafone and tried it many times. Orally and the recommended ROA, which is IM injection, although I prefer SC injection. The listed conversion is:

Avizafone 20mg
Diazepam 11.5mg

You get prescribed benzodiazepines legally so you might be turned off of Avizafone which is understandable. Diazepam (Valium) really is the ultimate benzodiazepine. Only Clonazepam (Klonopin) has an equally potent anticonvulsant effect…..but Diazepam has more robust anxiolytic & muscle relaxant properties

Pharmaceutical grade Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) would be the best drug of choice for you ….if you were able to attain it somehow

Ok, so I know you are pretty well versed in medication, so this might be helpful as a trial.

When you need this "Any fast acting benzos that act as muscle relaxants and anti convulsant" -
AND you will know when
....

Try taking 30 - 40mg Temazepam.

See if it eases the symptoms and for how long it is actually beneficial.

Try this only once to get a result.

Be interesting to see your take on it if you do try, and let us know if it helped.

To the others reading this, please don't attempt anything like this for recreational purposes, the dose is related to the various serious conditions @paranoid android is contending with and is purely an "acid test" - I think it might actually help, but am weary it might be short lived ( I have no idea how long these facial issues last ).

No harm in trying it out and obviously be aware that you are taking a "hypnotic" dose so stay home for at least 8 hours. If it knocks you out, but helps, then half the dose.

Anyway just a thought....

Temazepam would be a very good choice imo but the problem is i cant see my doctor prescribing it for daytime use. Also docs here tend to be wary about temazepam as it has a high abuse potential.

Clobazam, is excelent for seizure prevention and for panic attacs. Non sedating unlike any Benzo except maybe Pyrazolam.

Minor point medical shortages of it, whats TMJ and trigeminal neuralgia? Neurological conditions?

I also have trigeminal neuralgia and clonazepam is the only thing that will make it stop when it becomes a days long headache.

I have a script for Temazapam also but I've never tried taking it for a headache I don't want to be that fucked up during the day.

Ya clonazepam works wonders but takes forever to kick in. Temaz would work great id bet but ya its abit sedating for daytime use

Diazepam is king.

Flubromazepam is also good but tricky to get the dose right with prolonged onset of action and ultra long duration of action.

Rilmazafone is supposedly a prodrug to Diazepam so it might work.

If I can't get diazepam then I'd use lyrica for this or soma/carisprodol if available

Diazepam is all of those things

Alprazolam is always a good four hour safety window. There are other factors involved though. Empty/ish stomach helps. Slow dose , I don’t know 1-2 mg for advice. Depending your feeling ( mostly still able to stand awake and remember your name and surroundings,) then the paradoxical effect is a possibility. That being said have another drug, the opposite. Simmering to bring you a short term wind does. Hour or two, or three. Good friend also a prerequisite in the endeavors. Safe places mean everything no outsiders. Lastly there is the last minute to lock yourself away in a box and wait fire it’s time release. You’ll love. Just my advice. Sorry I can’t say more. Good luck!

Rilmazafone actual becoms rilmazolam. It looks like it would have some effects like triazolam (halcion) but likely a tad weaker. I again for the 3rd or 4th time in my bl career have become benzo dependent. I may order some pro diazepam, which is where i believe 9bar simply confused the two benzophenones mentioned, a totally human mistake and unavoidable in life. but just wanted to clear that up so someone doesnt read that and think they can take alot of rilmazofone and its fine as it turns to diazepam, when it becomes a weird like triazolo benzo. not knocking ya.

ur Right Diazepam is king, administered sublingually is rapid acting and is heavy skeletal muscle relaxent, and anti convulsant. Id say Diazepam and Clonazepam are the best in these situations. sometimes Lorazepam can also do the trick when taken under the tongue or injected.

Flubromazepam, ime, takes like 2 hours to come on, but does last forever. I really liked 3 hydroxy phenazepam (7 bromo deschloro lorazepam?) I bet it would work....I predict in the NPS market we will start seeing 3-ho versions of old favorites (i.e 3 hydroxy flubromazepam, 3 hydroxy norflurazepam, 3 hydroxy desalkyl gidazepam, as well as the benzophenone of golden oldies

Diazepam (Valium) potent anxiolytic with robust muscle relaxant properties
Clonazepam (Klonopin) anxiolytic with robust anticonvulsant properties

These two together would be KING

Valium 10mg X 2-3
Klonopin 2mg X 1

…..would be a freaking god send if someone was experiencing the most insane panic attack/seizure and required a rapid acting potent benzodiazepine combo

Valium (Diazepam) really is the freaking Holy Grail of benzodiazepines…..one of the first TRUE “Blockbuster drugs” making Millions upon Millions of sales, every quarter lol

God bless that polish chemist who synthesized Librium, Valium, Klonopin…..simply WOW.

Alprazolam (Xanax) is also a very potent anxiolytic with robust antidepressant properties, as with the closely related Benzo analog Etizolam, being a Thienotriazolodiazepine marketed in Japan. Etizolam & Alprazolam

Valium, Xanax, Ativan, Lyrica, Phenibut, GHB
Ritalin, Dexedrine, Adderall, Desoxyn
Oxy-IR, Dilaudid, Diamorphine, Methadone
———————————
Cannabis, LSD, Psilocybin, MDMA, Ketamine, Ethanol (Gin & Rum)
Caffeine, Nicotine, dark chocolate 70% Coco
depo-Testosterone 10ml glass vial

Id be good with a lifetimes supply of pharmaceutical grade pure API compounding powder and pharma branded pressed tablets…in addition to genuine glass vials for IV/IM/SC administration

My sick fantasy of beautiful compounds I’ve been enjoying for over 10 years :)
