dont feel bad just be consistent with your intermittent fasting. I personaly did it last month and the weight melted quickly, dropped 14 pounds in 3 weeks but I was eating 1200 calories every 24 hours which is a bit extreme . I have since stopped that diet out of laziness and put most of it back on but had i been consistent I would have been down 25-30 pounds so its all about consistency

I was diagnosed as hyperactive when I was young, I was given a week of medication after which my mother stopped it for me and she saw that it wasn't making me feel good. I don't want to take any medication. I want to get my hyperactivity back lol

Try cupping to clean the blood and make medicinal leeches once you are going to lose how does it lose blood your blood will be repurified it will be refreshed and you will lose weight

That's good, 1200 IS pretty extreme, youll lose a good deal of muscle and strenght that way, been there before. Not a good feeling to bearly be able to curl 15 pounds .. I feel ill be able to stick to it, because despite my weight gain, i suprisingly dont get hungry like i use to pre invega. but I'll probably aim for 1600 to 1800..my maintace is at like 2400..that's atleast a pound a week...i work 5 days out of the week now, so I find it alot easier to not over eat. Before I was just sedentary at home, and while I wasn't necessarily hungry, it was easy to eat out of boredom.

calm down you will recover in 10 months thats a promis i will make. Just give yourself a fighting chance you will recover man. Death is 100% not the way when you will be happy and alive in few months all you have to do is suffer for a bit but in 8-10 months you will back a new
 
Courage I know it's torture the first few months when you stop then you get used to the suffering and then you start to get better and then you're on the road to recovery and you get closer I I took zeolith, it gave me a boost, I continue it

You are doing well in your misfortune you only received one injection think of those who received lots of injections what they took electroshocks there are much worse than you think of you you can do it arrive you can do it you are strong enough you can play you have given this test it is that you can overcome it

Man its crazy how alcohol and marijuana ruin peoples lives. I just visited my cousin who fought his brother while psychotic and during the scuffle his mom interfered and fell and broke her knee . He got charged with assault causing bodily harm. Few days later he rented a car and was found sleeping in the car by a stranger who called the cops. When they arrived they did field sobriety tests and charged him with twi DUI charges, one for drugs and one for the alcohol. In the span of a week he incurred 3 serious charges all from alcohol and marijuana while under psychosis. I feel bad for him but he is definitely facing some jail time for these charges, anywhere from few months to a year . He told me at the hospital he's refusing all antipsychotics because they made him gain a ton of weight when he was on them for 6 months last year so all he is taking is just sleeping pills which is smart.

You can get a DUI just by sitting in your car drunk and high? Man, that's some "covertly arrest the homeless" shit. The justice system is so unfair and brutal to drug users and addicts.

He should go back to normal if it was just THC induced. I think there's a "poorly react to weed" gene in your family. Meanwhile my family can smoke for their whole lives and be completely normal. My whole immediate family smoked at some point and we have the stereotypical positive reaction. No paranoia or anything.

All you have to do it just wait a whole year and you'll be normal again. Losing a whole year of your life is better than ending it. I had it worse than a lot of people after I took Prozac and now I'm finally starting to feel like myself.

yup Canada does not play around when it comes to DUI. Even if the car is turned off you can get a DUI.

Yeah I wouldn't say that I have the schizophrenia gene as no one in my immediate family has had psychosis but myself and cousin but I certainly have a gene that makes me sensitive to marijuana but that could also be the fact that the marijuana in the dispensaries here in Canada have gotten way more potent since legalization. I used to smoke 90% thc carts without problem but my psychosis didnt start till i touched the 95% thc carts. Very very few people get by with no problems smoking these high potency thc vaporizers.

I just remembered how much I hate the war on drugs. You should only get a DUI when you're actually caught driving, come on.

You know. There are limitations on how strong alcohol can be for a reason. I don't want a huge crackdown, but more regulation would be a good thing I think. There's a good chance for nationwide legalization if Kamala Harris is elected, I'm hopeful. There should also be regulation with these new amanita muscaria products as well. There's too many fake amanita gummies and some are too strong or there's product inconsistency.

If Kamala gets elected and legalizes weed , best believe that we will see more people get their lives destroyed by weed and psychiatry. A nurse who I was cool with at the psych ward told me that she sees dozens and dozens of marijuana induced psychosis cases every week and that number has risen by a lot since legalization so you bet you will see more people get hit with Invega and end up here after they legalize it.
