Most women can't orgasm from penetration alone. It is possible but it's tricky to do and require specific angles, and only seems to happen with women who are more relaxed/disinhibited by nature.

But the thing is, all orgasms, even vaginal orgasms, are essentially still clitoral orgasms. They are just stimulated from a different spot. Because they are less sensitive that the glans, they take more vigorous stimulation. Mainly just looking for drugs to enhance sensitivity, esp for "clitoral" stimulation.. not smth to get dependent on especially for sex... mainly looking for a good psych etc... i have heard Moxy/5-meo-mipt is good for this , what u think (if u tried)?
 
Unfortunately, using an e-toothbrush, and it's relatively strong bristles, it appears you have damaged the tissues of the clitoris, and caused lots of "micro-scarring". This will take a long time to heal if it ever does completely heal. Stem cell therapy could work, as well as microsurgery to remove the scar tissue that has built up from overuse of the toothbrush.

I hate to say this, but no drug is every going to fix this problem, because it is due to micro-scarring, and that will take debriding the scar tissue, a very delicate operation on something as sensitive as the organ in question. Try mixing it with MDMA. Most guys find it impossible to cum on MDMA but you have a vajayjay so it might work the opposite way. Both applify and enhance your sense of touch without the weird trippy vibes you're likely to get from moxy and the MDMA will (probably) make you horny.
