I would get brain zaps, as well as all over body zaps. I’d also really twitchy or.. my body would jerk randomly. I’d get a bit anxious, as well. But compared to opioid/benzo withdrawal, it was a walk in the park.
If you get the time, just do a quick google search on lyrics withdrawal. Shit will make you sick
Poor people that have to deal with that stuff. Hurts me.
I think you’re using them incredibly responsibly. You clearly know that too lol
Even 100mg of lyrica (I know this is about gabapentin but they’re so similar) and 25mg diazepam, along with a clonidine pill, would have me in a great fuzzy spot.
I chose to give them up though. I told my doctor I didn’t want them anymore. I kinda kick myself now.. I should’ve held onto a bunch. Instead, I used to give them to the friend I mentioned earlier.
No booze in 18 years? Hell yeah. Good on you!! It’s been years for me too.. I can’t remember though lol
I think your use of them is excellent. I understand many people legit need them and it works wonders for them. But what you’re doing is a perfect way to make a little go a long way!
