Idaho, unfortunately.
Why am I getting a slow fill?! I'm hydrated, good BP. I get the hypo in, just the smallest trickle into the rig, and the only way I can tell if I'm in a vein is because when I pull it out, then I start bleeding. I'm accustomed to 29g .5cc or 1cc, half inch. I've been IV for nearly a decade, same is happening with a friend.
Is it the brand?
Is there a way to make the bore bigger?
Thanks!

My guess is tranq in your dope. Even a very small dose makes it hard to properly hit a vein for 18-24 hours.

I have almost no veins left and have had more success switching to 31g 6mms.

I have noticed variation in the quality of needles and I buy brand name but that’s probably not the issue.

Blood can be from capillaries or going through a constricted vein

Tranq? Very interesting! I definitely get brand name too, even just for consistency. I've hydrated, jumping Jacks, etc
The only thing I didn't try was a small dose of aspirin.
A friend used a new rig from the same package, same thing; he had a slow fill. Maybe that lot of rigs was defective from manufacturing.
