Opioids Potentiating Oxycodone

Hello all.

I recently posted a thread about choosing between Fentanyl and Oxycodone.. I decided to go with Oxycodone as I didn't want Fentanyl to skyrocket my tolerance. I've also decided to potentiate the Oxycodone with either Promethazine or Diphenhydramine, which one would you take? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Promethazine all day over diphenhydramine. Hydroxyzine is a close second.

Carisoprodol (Soma), although short lived on its own, is an incredible opiate potentiator, but you definitely need to be careful with that one.

I was on a very large dose of fentanyl and when I was forced to stop it, I didn't even notice the withdrawals. From my own experience oxycodone had worsest withdrawals but I was also on a huge dosage. I was on fentanyl for years and year at 2 100mcg every 48 hours because my doctor didn't trust fentanyl to last for 72 hours because of night sweats and showers. I'm still on oxycodone but at a much small dose. For years I was prescribed 60mg every 4 hours. It could be the withdrawals from cutting my oxy was because of the drop in dosage. I now get only 45 mg a day which really sucks because of oxy not bring as good as it use too.
