Hi. My wife has an injury and the doctor has prescribed a medication with pridinol methanesulfonate (Anticholinergic). I am looking for information on whether it is safe to combine it with MDMA.

never heard of it, primarily a muscle relaxant with anticholinergic action? if she's prescribed that for muscle injury, maybe mdma isn't really a great idea to take yet, not because of possible interactions, but simply because mdma can excacerbate the injury by it's effects on muscles on it's own, think of spasms, muscle tension, cramps, etc.

Thanks.
We know the risks associated with worsening injury. In this case, they are minor. I am looking for an answer to the question about possible interactions. Interestingly, such information for many other drugs can be found easily. In this case, there is nothing. Neither does a fellow doctor, and a fellow pharmacist know the answer :)
