Stimulants Meth/crack milk bong?

So meth and Crack are both oily substances, if I am correct, and will only pass through another lipid. That would make water a no go and milk has a lot of lipids in it. In theory, much more of the actives should pass through, because the water would liquefy the substance into an oily layer on top of the water, rather than allowing it to pass through. Not actually planning on doing it, but I think it would be pretty effective, in terms of a stim bong. Am I just talking out my ass? Thanks.

And the lipids of the milk wouldn't do anything to boost the amount of Crack that make it through? Too high water:lipid ratio or something else? What about heavy cream or butter or sunflower oil or some shit lol. Thank you for the reply.

I don't like or mess with hard drugs, but what happened to buying a rose( aka gas stations sell glass crack pipes or tube with a fake little rose down in, well in the hood.( at least in Detroit and and pieces of Chore boy) I seen and heard this.
Meth pipes, never used it, but I didn't think it was smoked in a bong?

I have at least 50 meth pipes at my home cuz got in problems with cartel members cuz i was buying it like 5 at the same time cuz is a shit to have tons of work and cant have time to go for them, and when i close my business the pipes shop are closed too.
I save the pipes when they start to have any flavor and when im lazy i take little ethanol with water, then clean few ones, dry the alc and smoke the shit trough a water bong (a big bong with a lot of water), sometimes is incredible but i get more high than with regular methamphetamine, im sure is the bong, years ago i used to smoke much more, like 5 times more meth, and i was doing it trough a bong becouse its faster and smoking meth becames boring and unplaseant (maybe dry mouth or something) at a point, yes, it hits even harder, but you run out of meth faster too.
 
I don't really smoke stims, they fuck my asthma up insanely bad for some reason. THC is a lipid through and smoking mad weed through a bong filled with maple coffee with sugar and cream was absolutely delectable, and certainly did work, especially once the dab nail came out.
