Normally just one 600mg does the trick. And then it's at least a month or two before I need another one.

My pain has increased a lot again since last night.

I did pick up another 4g Malawi cob yesterday but still no full cobs. But will Maybe post some pics just of the weed itself later on

Oh heavy dosing the methadone to get more sedation out of it. Plus want to see today if I can get some more gabapentinoids.

It depends. I and people from some parts of the US or Canada are sometimes surprised how far east even Chile is compared to the big land mass that is North America.
We run with New York time and I guess the one that comes either "before" or "after" that, depending on the time of year
