Kratom 7-OHM Does anybody know if it can be used interchangeably with Suboxone like regular Kratom?

How’s everyone doing? I’ve just learned about 7-OHM and bought myself a pack.

I’m on suboxone, but I usually end the month being two or three days empty-handed because I’ll take an extra strip here and there throughout the month. When this happens, I normally use kratom extracts to keep me well until I’m able to get my script filled. I also even sometimes take an extract on random days when I DO have my suboxone just because I still can feel the effects while on bupe, although much less, obviously. It’s pointless, really, and I regret wasting the money almost every time, but that’s beside the point.

Kratom and Bupe are both partials so I know there’s no need to worry about precipitated withdrawals; but are these 7-OHM pills I bought the same?

I assumed so, but reading random threads on here and elsewhere, I’ve seen a couple people mentioning things about full agonism in relation to these pills.

Does anybody know with 100% certainty (from experience, preferably) whether or not I’d be clear to take my suboxone without having to wait any period of time after taking 7-OHM? If not, I guess I’ll be the guinea pig myself and report back in two days, but hopefully somebody has an answer. 🤝

You'll be fine.

By taking regular kratom, you are consuming 7-hydroxymitragynine anyhow because it is the main, active metabolite of mitragynine. Taking 7-hydroxymitragynine in its pure state simply goes straight to the source of kratom's narcotic effect, while minimizing side-effects due to an absence of all the other noxious alkaloids. And, of course, it is still a partial agonist.

If one had a massive 7-OHM habit, like say 100mg/day, it would be interesting to see if sudden consumption of bupe would cause precipitated withdrawal. But even, I'd say *probably* not 🤔

Yeah I’m assuming the same thing. I just see other people around the internet saying I would go into precipitated withdrawal, but I also see them saying that about Kratom extracts as well, which I know from experience is completely wrong. I guess I’ll find out for sure on Wednesday

Yeah let us know what happens.

I don't think there is much risk unless you take a large amount of 7-hydroxymitragynine for an extended period of time. But I've never gone from kratom to bupe so I personally lack experience there.

From what I've seen from detox and people there for extreme kratom alkaloid habits, subs won't cause precip withdrawal, but they also don't address all of the withdrawal symptoms. In essence, it's the same situation as precip, but via a different route by lack of symptom regulation and detox staff not having any clue how to treat the withdrawal.
