Stimulants Adderall and Vyvanse

I took 60 mg vyvanse at 745 am, 60 mg at 1030.
I have a 10 mg Adderall I would like to snort around 130-2.
Is this safe? Any experiences?
Should I skip my Adderall?
I used to IV meth but have been clean from that 8 years. Prescribed Vyvanse 1 year, at this milligram for a month, on Adderall 10 for two or three months.
I haven't taken this high of a dosage of Vyvanse before, and always snort my daily Adderall but don't use more Adderall or Vyvanse daily then my prescribed amount. Today I forgot I took my morning vyvanse and took a second dose when I woke back up.
I want to know if I should take my Adderall as planned, skip it, or what.
I don't mind if I get a good buzz, I just don't wanna have a heart attack.

Probably a good idea to skip the dose, that's a heck of a lot of vyvanse to take in a day

That's about the same as 40mg of dexamphetamine spaced over 12 hours with a 10mg booster in the middle. Should be fine so long as you don't already have high blood pressure or anything like that. You won't need your usual Adderall if you're just wanting to be functional, the extra vyvanse will be more than enough to make up for the missed dose.
