It's actually really unclear. It's kind of an abstract/absurdist piece methinks.

My Mom who speaks fluent French can't decipher it really, she only listened once as she's occupied atm.

Also, there are at least 3 languages in that track. We heard French, Italian and English.
 
I began to get sick late last night & it got worse so quickly, I neded up ringing my man & begging him with ZERO Respect for myself & total lack of Ego to lay one on me till tomorrow.

This song most people take me as a kind of dark Romance track but to me this wraps up Heroin addiction 100% & only equal to some of the stuff by Townes Van Zandt.

For me this will always be about Heroin addiction & everything that is bad about the habit.

Respect for that, getting clean is something I have failed to do so many times.

I began to get sick last night around 10.30pm & by 1am I was sneezing & the sickness was coming on so fast & strong.
I was going mad earlier today, I was so ill I rang my man & BEGGED him to forward me some Heroin till tomorrow, I feel so fucking trash right now as YET AGAIN I failed to keep off the smack, heroin for me has such a grip unlike anything I have ever known, I honestly think I will be a Heroin addict for the rest of my life.
