I can't wait for the summer to go to the sea and enjoy the sun and lots of vitamin D even if it's in France next year if I recover I hope to be able to go to Thailand

semen retention probably helped me getting me out of depression. I do it because my libido is 0. Now I feel happy but libido is about 2. I think I have trouble with sexual hormones due to opioids use.

I like to do long walks, it helps me mentally.
I go to an abandoned area close to where I live and there are trails there surrounded by trees, basically nature.
I walk and think spiritual thoughts which cleanse my mind.

Please guys, I can't emphasize this enough, do whatever you can to avoid injections next time. I'm telling this myself too.
Whatever made you to get hospitalized in the first place, avoid it at all cost.
