Tramadol potentiation

Citric acid added to the strong black tea makes my tramadol so much more potent...probably caffeine and ph
 
Tizanidine (clonidine related muscle relaxant) greatly improves analgesia of tramadol. Simply, if u take lower doses and caffeine + nicotine or modafinil, u will experience opioid high with stimulating elements and sometimes even MDMA effects. If u take high dose and add benzos or other downers, prepare for nodding.
