Not new to heroin or iving, Im currently on 2 16mg films of bupe and would like to know how to safely IV? Thankyou everyone

Thankyou, I've got a wheel filter just not sure if there's a process to prep/get the naloxone out. Thanks anyway 🙏

naloxone in bupe doesnt do anything. it was just a patent thing. bupe binds more tightly to mu receptors than naloxone.

I understand the bioavalibity of naloxone is basically nothing I just want to know how to prep it 😭 thanks for the info

Two 16 mg films? With that kind of dose you won't feel anything from IV. I used to IV suboxone using the method pioneered by the late Captain.Heroin. He recommended doses of about 0.1 mg. If you get your tolerance down and IV 0.1 mg a couple times a day you can actually feel it.

Its possible to separate buprenorphine and naloxone?

there are several threads about this on the forum, search google as well. Buprenorphine binds more tightly to mu receptors
than naloxone. People IVing bupe and experiencing WD symptoms are from precipitated withdrawal from the bupe itself, and doing bupe too soon with a habit to another full opioid agonist.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7517938/ ------

There is pre-clinical evidence to support the claim that naloxone has very limited effects when buprenorphine is present. First, though naloxone can displace most opioids due to its relatively high binding affinity, buprenorphine has a 10-fold greater binding affinity for the µ opioid receptor compared to naloxone (35).

GReat article thank you!!!
I was totally wrong to think that you couldnt IV suboxone.
This article says that you get high after 30 min of IVing suboxone. Really?? It seems that naloxone delay the high.
So its possible to OD with buprenorphine?? If its possible It has to be very difficult to narcan?

yes ofc possible to OD on bupe, and yes, very difficult to save someone because nothing binds like bupe.
the article states a 30m delay but I have seen others say that is nonsense as well. I can't speak to it personally because i have not done it.
AFAIK it's significantly more potent IV, and like i said at the start: IVing films/pills is seriously dangerous unless you can micron filter them.
don't give yourself a stroke IVing film bits just because the naloxone isn't gonna ruin you.
