Opioids Better opioids than oxy from the pharmacy? (Europe)

What could one get better than oxy from the pharmacy?? damn these 80's knock me out for three consecutive days, what's something more powerful or at least similar in strength but at least less sleep inducing than oxy? Must be available in europe...

are you able to get any benefit out of these OCContin? I feel nothing off an 80 or sometimes more. Codone i used to feel great off half that. I dont know if the answer is take more to get to euphoria or if there is no chance of reaching it? was hoping someone found the trick.

There's no trick to OP oxy. I've heard of crazy shit but what's the point so much work for probably placebo, I don't know everything but extended release is crazy hard, I used to keep it it in mouth then chew the fucker in half when it was ready for it...probably better off with a glass of water. What you want is not extended release, but is what you have obviously.

In Europe pharmacy opioids are very difficult to get(im from Spain). Ive heard from @Hexenstahl that in germany there are many avalaible in the streets like oxy, morphine, H and levomethadone. Far from this I dont know anyone that beats oxy. In Spain only fentfree H is avalaible in the streets. Ive never seen an oxy or fentanyl or morphine. If youre lucky there are small quantities of raw opium runing in the streets, very rare. Thats my two cents

Short answer - none. Long answer - it is complicated and quite absurd.

Firstly Europe is not a nation state and neither is EU. EU is in it's essence top down structure run by self appointed bureaucrats and all "institutions" are a charade. So European country Switzerland or Germany is very different than Cyprus or Serbia. But if we put that aside...

If you are not (friend of) a doctor/vet or part of the highest ranking class in society (measured by wealth and/or influence) ,so you can prescribe anything it or get it prescribed, chances of getting strong opioid prescriptions are very slim. Regular folks that have very painful conditions or injuries will not get anything stronger than tramadol or codeine. The only way you could be prescribed strong opioids are if you are truly and visibly pain crippled. If one is so unlucky and is in that kind of situation will be, after all examinations and non opioid treatments, sent to pain clinic. There an anesthesiologist can prescribe tapentadol, buprenorphine patches, oxycodone, morphine, hydromorphone, (levo)methadone and fentanyl patches. Other shitty opioids like pethidine could also be prescribed. The question is do you @wirkdy think that listed opioids are "better" than oxycodone. I find morphine superior to oxycodone for my particular conditions (although SR morphine plus IR oxycodone worked even better, but I wasn't scripted that when I started self medicating). I also never experienced hydromorphone or fentanyl. So there's that.

There are 3 more situations when you can get "better" opioids; if you are in hospitals hospice with terminal cancer, are undergoing surgery and for the absurd approach (with which I agree) - if you're heavily addicted and not responding to other opioids heroin is available for treatment of OUD in Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark.

But generally if you want access to best opioids available do not travel from US to Europe. Much better optioin, from what I read, is to travel north in the promise land of all addicts - Canada.

There is some heavy stuff in Europe, but as others have said, chances of actually finding it are few, next to none.
There is a opiate called ketobemidone that I think it's still avaliable in some northen countries,
There are also Diaphin diamorphine pills for maintenance patients with 200mg, in some places they also use Palfium with those patients
Maybe in UK Diconal still exists....

But in real life people symply don't get those things
You can find some MScontin or something like that, and not very easily

MS Contin is Morphine Sulphate version of Oxycontin. It has control release mechanism different than both versions of Oxycontin but is more similar to OP than OC. It gels up and stays slow release no matter what you do. Though if one puts effort into breaking it with some methods absorption can become faster. But not significantly like OC oxy (that is still available in Europe) and is known to be very easily crushed into IR oxycodone. Absorption of MS Continus can be (at best) halved although I never tried some unconventional methodes of beating its mechanism. On the other hand MS Continus truly lasts close to 12 hours, while original OC Oxycontin never lasted more than 8 hours. At least not in my body. I take MS Continus as prescribed cause I have conditions that will require opioids for life so I am in no business of raising my tollerance further fast. I would like to try ketamine or lidocaine infusion but that is not as available in Europe as it is in US. Hope this cleared up "Contin confusion".

Diamorphine prescription is rare. Some countries use it for hardcore heroin addicts. I don't know of any patient being prescribed it out of those maintenance programs, where patients get it for free.
Mscontin is exactly what @Pain_in_vain explained. I have never tried to abuse it, but the MS from Mundipharma can be chewed for a faster release.
There are also IR pills, but only 10 and 20 mg, afaik.
You have also some oral solutions like Oramorph brand, probably others but I don't have experience with that.

In most euro places the only pharma opis that you can easily buy on the streets are bupe and methadone. Be careful with methadone as the concentration of its liquid presentations vary wildly, and pills/ wafers can go from 1mg to 90mg, so you need to be sure about what you have

The OxyContin is perfect….just lower your dose lol.

Oxy-IR 5/10/20mg tablets X 2-3 daily as needed….try doc to get this going

OR…you can just cut tablet in 1/4 20mg each….or pulverize into powder and seperate into 4 relatively even piles lol

I know what you mean but for me, I am unsure if I even feel opiates anymore. I take more and more and more and they just end up making me sleepy rather then they use to with being happy and wanting to go do things. WTF has happened that oxycontin dent get me high anymore.

Opioids have no dose ceiling (as well as amphetamines) you can take 5mg, or 500mg whatever your tolerance is

Thats weird to hear from Oxycodone because it’s theBaine alkaloid which is stimulating opioid unlike sleepy Morphine

your doc probably will be like, what? Hell no…..but adding a dopaminergic stimulant to an opioid increases the analgesic pain killing properties of the opioid, reduces sedation, increases vigilance & energy, improves cognitive function, etc

Ritalin is easily the safest dopaminergic stimulant and is given to small children, has little to no effects on BP or HR within reason. I can’t plug it enough. If you mention Adderall or Dexedrine this will be a red flag for the doc as Amphetamines are highly euphoric & pleasurable……same or more so than Opioids even. So suggesting a low dose of Ritalin because you had childhood ADHD and as a child you were given Ritalin before and it helped your symptoms as it’s affecting your life with work, social obligations, procrastination, lack of focus, etc……Methylphenidate made you calm and focused. More drive and vigilance. Ritalin & Oxycodone were the only 2 drugs to ever give me true euphoria btw. Overwhelming happy and comfortable….pure Opioid & Dopaminergic euphoric pleasure.

my prized oral Speedball / Brompton Cocktail

Methadone 80-100mg
Ritalin (Methylphenidate) 50-80mg

You recommend Ritalin to be mixed in there? I have Xanax and that helps me with the opiate anger and I just have anxiety.

Yes, totally….if you have access with these mixed amphetamine salts. Adderall is probably one of the best drugs to add to your Oxycodone , both for increased pain relief and increased vigilance/drive/energy/focus/mental & physical energy plus its mood-boosting euphoric properties

Do you have a script or easily obtainable? Ritalin (Methylphenidate) is still very effective and much more realistic to obtaining a prescription from a doctor when asked.

Adderall is great due to the 25% of Levo-Amphetamine which has an even balance on dopamine & norepinephrine
75% dextro-amphetamine is more active at dopamine plus the added push of 25% levo-amphetamine

You ever try Adderall or any dopaminergic stimulant? If not, with any drug, especially Adderall I’d take even 2.5mg or 5mg to see how my body reacts to it. Id probably try 2.5mg first.

Yea I have only taken adderall in university to study and it didn't even work that well. I have to find something lowers my tolerance because im taking 400mg a day which is crazy
