I hope your week treated ya well.
It was another stressful week for me.

Anyhow, I’m just getting done for the night. I’m in the Poconos tonight and tomorrow and just rounded out this work week out at 70+ hours. Ain’t gonna lie, it feels like a 100 hour week.

Gonna grab some dinner with the boys after everyone is cleaned up.
Gonna blaze a spliff, have a cerveza or two, smoke a few cowboy killers and crash.

4am and back to work, home for the Super Bowl, and back to North Carolina for a few days.

Bra from a brah to brah. Get that shit down and that means taking a knock for a while making some changes of half life types like no no yo instant and more looking at long lasting effect and also try to titrate the barbiturates. That's my big concern and also my personal ipionion on the insomnia getting worse.

So game plan maybe would be at getting the barbs down or super low and then long lasting benzos to cruise on a few days, maybe with an anti histamine at night, not every night but this is the only way to down regulate your receptors and maybe needing less again just for pure sleep purposes.

I kinda screw myself over that way and took me roughly 2 months to down and can promise it was painfull. In a lot of ways.

You're right and I agree with everything that you said 110% but I do the barbiturates

but I only take butalbital 5 days a month max period I'm not physically addicted to them at all In fact I just went a month and a half off the clonazepam and the barb and experienced no symptoms of withdrawal from barbiturate and only mental withdrawal from the clonazepam for a max of 3 days(I honestly take less than half my daily regimen most of the month ya see)

Went thru withdrawal from gabaminergics for several mind crushingly suicidal years and I'm not strong enough to go there again I would rather die

even when I go 3 months without anything drug-wise whatsoever which I've done in the past 6 months why insomnia still horrific is what I'm getting at not to mention I already take ashwagandha and melatonin and hydroxyzine and valerian root for it and it still doesn't help me sleep longer then 4 hours max waking up several times in between and once again I truly take less than half of my prescribed medicine a month

Anyways I absolutely appreciate you're reply God bless you 🙏🏼

But this is my nighttime cocktail to sorta stave off the incredible pain.

10mg Oxycodone
600mg Gabapentin
5mg Cyclobenzaprine
500mg Tylenol
600mg Ibuprofen
.5mg Bromazolam
600mg Oxcarbazepine
15mg Mirtazapine

Should see y'all around more frequently as I get better
 
Added 2 more grams of that fire 🔥 ass purple cake bud thru to fully packed standardized cones and a few bowls too 😎

Smoked 4-5 cigarettes Plus three to four cigars and I've fuckin been vaping constantly

100mg more of butalbital plus another 1mg of clonazepam I'm feeling on too of the world

Not to mention I just smoked another king size raw paper cone of that same purple cake but ⛽🔥⛽

I'm higher than I've been in no joke 7 months (haven't been able to afford guud marijuana cuz I've been struggling hard for money

But now I got my private investigators licence so over $1,500 bucks a month should be coming in in my account from now on very soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'm starting to see the big picture and in layman's terms, you fuct.

Nah but serious, you sound like the boat I'm In. I never get more then a solid 4 hrs sleep no matter what I consume unless I go crazy and mix stuff in there that I know I shouldn't. Guess the insomnia has deeper roots then just chemically. But keep up with the low doses here and there and breaks, if nothing else your body will thank you.

Every tried a combo of the following
Benzo
Gabapentinoid
Opiod
Alcohol

Obviously knowing your tolerance level to all. But just those 4. Maybe pm me at some stage

Yes I actually have tried that exact combo more than once shit puts me out like a light 😴

But I've made it a rule not to drink with opioids anymore

For my standardized alcohol combos I prefer to either make it just gabapentin or benzos when mixed with liquor 🥃

in other words I only pop 1 substance at a time with my booze not that it makes it 100% safe or intelligent 😂

I'm just far more familiar with my permatolerance and my current physical tolerance at any given time considering I've been on several gabaminergic drugs since I was 11 I'd say I'm pretty versed

Anyways I thank you for your consideration and info on the matters

Still haven't slept longer than a few hours since yesterday 😞

But short term Im gonna mix 1-3 shots of vodka for the next 3 days just to catch up on my much needed restful sleep 😴

also like I said I've had 11 years of experience so no need to worry about me knowing my GABA tolerance levels or not🙏🏼👋🏼

Just don't want you thinking you might end up harming me with your advice in any way

Tonight after taking my meds, I decided that I'm going to try and get actually stoned, which didn't happen in quite a while due to tolerance. So I had 2,000 mg of thc edibles, and have been vaping on this amazing pen that let's you switch between lebanese hash and a sativa based strain. I'm starting to feel it a little bit. Should be fun. I was planning on taking dxm tonight but decided not to since I have a neurologist appointment tomorrow and wanna look decent. I was referred to a neurologist by our family physician because he believes that I can stop taking Tegretol all together and wanted to do it through a neurologist. I don't want to look fucked up when I go tomorrow, which dxm usually does to me the next day.

This evening I’m in kill devil hills NC. Just got done work. A cool 19 hour day for me. I’m gonna puff down a fatty of some moon rocks and find some dinner. Hopefully a cerveza or two and a few cowboy killers.

Happy fucking Valentine’s Day (humpday) kids!

I just got home and cleaned up from NC. Got 45 hours since Monday, and I’ll be grinding hard for the next 12-14 days straight. Some monster weeks incoming.

So, this evening I’m gonna relax for a few hours. Drinking a cerveza and busting out the toro for some fat hits of silver haze shatter.
Gonna get higher than a bird and chief back some cowboy killers and listen to some tunes.

Back to work at 3am for the daily grind.
