I walk 2km now and then for my muscles. I don't know if that's enough. I am mostly bedridden.

Since Xeplion injections, my sleep sucks too.
I wake up in between too and I can't fall asleep whenever I want to.
I'm missing the days I could fall asleep on the bus.

My second suicide attemp was after being awake 40 days. I used to be able to fall asleep on a bus too. 😔

How long ago was the last shot?
Who knows, you might regain your sleep back if you stop taking Clozapine and let yourself heal.
Maybe there's an alternative to Clozapine, I don't think you need to take antipsychotic just for sleep.

My last shot the 13th December 2021. I was all 2022 without Aps but I didn't heal. Then I had my first suicide attemp.
 
I have peaks that make me feel like I'll be okay in the long run. Like feeling fairly normal, but I'm still going through waves of symptoms putting me through tough situations for extended periods of time that I can only describe as torture. So I hope the torture phase ends soon.
 
Hi, there are so many pages to this thread and I'm new here so still figuring out this site. If some of you could reply to me and tell me some of your stories of how you've been since gradually stopping invega trinza I'd greatly appreciate it!
 
my sleep is ok 8-12 hours i need 10-12 hours to not feel tired which i get alot sometimes when i wake up i cant go back to sleep sometimes i can go back to sleep but thc helps sleep tremendously for me still it helped me get a deep restful nap when i took last time even after this shit drug try cbd

I know that bojana got off of trinza and there are older members who got off trinza and were alright like jabberwocky and folkusthesecond.

I started improvin phisicly right wayas after trinza but mentally slowly after 10 mnth.. Trinza has long half life.. If you need info pm me
 
Does anyone struggle with inability to concentrate? It’s been almost 4 months since I stopped Invega Sustenna and I still am restless and struggle to focus on things for more than a minute. Does anyone have any advice?
