So called 'Meth' in USA - We're not stupid!

I was literally just laying in bed having a thought rant about how you don't even have to touch opioids to od on fent anymore lol. I got mad, decided to get up and smoke a bowl. I dunno who is running this shit these days, allowing this to go on, but they are fucking stupid. Yes, dependent people are faithful customers, but dead ones aren't. Fucking morons. 🙄

I would be happy if it was just fentanyl in fentanyl without skin eating xylazine.

You can’t even get fentanyl that’s reliable which at this point I would see as great.

As for fent ending up in everything else…America did this to itself on purpose and they are purposely trying to kill anyone that ever touches any drug.

Of heroin maintenance replaced or existed alongside methadone clinics fent would be over.

I hate this country so much I really don’t belong here as a person that plans to remain on opioids forever and methadone is the one I’m on from a doctor and it’s nasty and dirty and I can’t even get a crumb in terms of dosage of what they give crack/fent addicts at methadone clinics.

At least if I ever need a higher methadone dose I can just go to an addict clinic but I don’t want that Scarlett letter

The sad thing is that alpha blockers and beta blockers work extremely well for stimulant overdose.

There is ZERO evidence of the dreaded cardiac arrest from supposed -- "unopposed alpha stimulation" caused by administration of a/b blockers for cocaine/amphetamine OD.


Stupid doctors have perpetuated the myth

Completely incorrect.

95-99% of meth in the United States is made by Mexican cartels in super Labs. They use P2P and then tartaric acid to remove l-methamphetamine.

The meth today is testing at 94-97% pure per the DEA.

It's literally the BEST METHAMPHETAMINE there has been.

People take too much.

Isopropylbenzylamine would not present those symptoms. There is a lot of confusion about isomer chains people have misunderstood

You said the lab work from the hospital detected dextromethamphetamine
(meth [+]). So, it was just the usual street methamphetamine.

Who knows how pure or cut it was - or with what it was cut. You said no meth [ - ] was detected - so it wasn't cut with that "other" stuff (the also-methamphetamine-stuff). Most stuff used for cut won't show up on the lab report.

Another explanation for the nodding out after ingestion would've shown up on the labs but presumably didn't - so it wasn't contaminated with fentanyl

The symptoms (blood pressure, convulsions) are consistent with methamphetamine overdose. Even at 6 grams or more - methamphetamine overdoses are generally nonfatal.

I don't think the hospital lab used chiral separation and LC/GC/MS for an ER drug screening.

Which is THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN l and d meth.

So that's not what It meant.

What it PROBABLY MEANS is that because he TOLD them he took meth, it was listed as PRESUMPTIVE Meth+, and they didn't bother actually drug testing him.

I ended up having induced psychosis from RX Adderall and Vyvanse (110+ mg/day will cause that after a year). Ended up at the ER, told them my scripts -- couldn't pee, drug screen said Amphetamines (presumed). Even though they NEVER TESTED MY URINE OR BLOOD.

Furthermore, both enantiomers affect the sympathetic nervous system, levo just tends to affect norepinephrine release and vasoconstrictive effect a bit more.

This place pisses me off. This puritanical bullshit around drug use is killing people. And those it doesn't kill, get stuck living in a perpetual cycle of misery til they either die or off themselves.


Meanwhile, we all know those in power are sitting around doing cocaine & fucking hookers.

It’s going beyond drugs now. They are trying to give life sentences in prison to women that have miscarriages (and their doctors).

Makes me wonder if true democracy is a mistake. We have way too many stupid and vile hateful people in America and their say in government should be revoked and only let experts that have the merit experience and reputation and character run government in a more non democratic fashion.

I’m losing faith in representative democracy because our country is simply full off too many illiterate stupid and hateful people.

I saw this interview with a porn star and he was talking about being at the world economic forum at an after party where there were “dozens” heads of states from all over the globe, presidents, PMs, dictators, all of it.

The girls and him performed a huge sex orgy as entertainment for the world leaders and cocaine was being thrown around like confetti.

We are ruled by filth. Absolute filth.

These things are fun but when you’re the fucking presidents of major world power doing business you don’t do it in that environment.

I’d prefer to have leaders that don’t even do it but normalizing in such an obvious way like that for the public to see this is who their leaders are ….they are filth.

Most ppl don’t engage in these things….i would prefer one of them lead. The correlation between personal excess and corruption is too strong to trust everyone like that. Not saying some addicts can’t be honest also but there’s a dissapointing correlation there.

Maybe we do such things as drug addicts but if Any world leader is a deabuached addict and sex predator just keep that shit in private not celebrate it semi publicly while you destroy your citizens lives over the exact same behaviors.

The US is not a true democracy. It's a representative Republic.

Only referendums approach true democracy, and even then, only in States that allow Constitutional Amendment by referendum. (even then are still subject to federal constitutional and legislative reversal)

Otherwise referendums are still subject to the state constitution, judicial review, and executive and legislative reversal.

Exactly like we’ve seen in deep red states that vote on measures to approve cannabis or abortion. The courts just reject the will of the people….which is kind of what I’m implying should be done…except in those cases it was done in reverse in the sense that a positive policy that would improve society was selected by the voters and the elected/appointed officials reverse it. (yet the voters were too stupid to elect officials that represent their own interests which in turn appoint judges that represents the “wrong side” of things).

So of the voters actually do something right as far as referendums the politicians they also selected will just trash it
