Thanks for going through that therapy. I had to drag myself in when I started and glad I did. Felt like I had been hit by 10 busses after "assessment" but afterward it was beneficial.Kratom, 1/2 a clonazepam, orange juice & coffee (I know itโs not morning anymore lol)
* Actually went to trauma therapy today for crazy PTSD & it was really intense but I think it was good I pushed myself to do it (feel like I ran a marathon)
Anyways just got home & going to chill with my cat (maybe watch a funny movie or something, I think my body & mind needs to laugh)
