Meditation with music therapy

Recently stumbled across this and found it to be very powerful. The healing frequency 528hz on youtube and meditating at the same time sat in the yoga position and I could literally feel beams of energy run through the tops of my fingers and into my body. I could literally feel myself healing and my thoughts manifesting into reality.

I noticed there are also some other frequencies worth looking at. I've turned youtube off for the night but will update this in the morning with what the others are.

Anyone else ever came across this?

One of my favorite frequencies.
Another is 7.83hz (supposed earths "heartbeat" ) when sleeping.
I go for the dark screen videos may have to look into creating my own source.
But yeah those frequencies do have effects on us. My opinion and experience anyway.
Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats intrigue me at this point in my life.
Monks worldwide have used these tonal practices for untold time for many reasons.
