Each ml of Polamidon contains 10mg Levomethadone and equals Methadone, because due to its double potency we get a solution with a .5% purity to prevent errors while making equivalent dosages. So 2.7ml Polamidon contains 27mg Levomethadone.

Well, if you're not living in either Germany or Finland you won't get any Levomethadone unfortunately. It really has become my fav opioid. It's perfect for me...

I've never heard of levomethadone, does it get you high? methadone only made me gain weight and sleep so i'm guessing it's more euphoric ?

The R(-)-Enantiomer is what gets you high, while the dextro component in Methadone is purerly antitussive, doesn't get you high and causes all the side effects that Methadone is notorious for (like QT prolongation, weight gain, edema, etc).
Also, the high is of an overall better quality. It's less sedating, the euphoria is more intense, the duration of action is longer and it feels warmer and "rounder" than methadone...more complete. I know of nobody in the clinic who ever switched back to Methadone after trying Levomethadone. It's fascinating how a simple manipulation of the chemical structure can so drastically alter the high of a substance that is basically near-identical.
 
Took 2.7ml Pola earlier but gonna shoot up another ml because I just ruined my own high. My mind sometimes feels like a torture chamber.
Will then take a taxi to the nearest post office because the dumbass delivery guy didn't bother to ring the doorbell even though I was home all the time.
Let's see if the day gets shittier as time passes by. God, if you exist, can you please blow up the world? I promise I'll suck your dick if ya do it...

So 2.7ml polamidon is equivalent to 54mg methadone but you can IV it. Wanna marry me and I can get a German visa!!?!?
