🌟🌟 Social 🌟🌟 PD Social Thread 2022-2025 v. Year of the Phenethylamine

So I moved out of Saginaw to a small town closer to "home" for me, in the Thumb of Michigan. Still on disability unfortunately, have not been able to find a job I can handle with how much chronic fatigue I have since going through my four years of chemotherapy. My rent/bills here are way higher than it was in Saginaw, haven't been able to afford anything but necessities. Which means I can't even afford cannabis.... Which has been hell on my chronic pain, my inflammatory bowel disease, and my sleep. I thought moving to a new town might give me a fresh start sort of thing but I've been absolutely fucking miserable since I've been here.

In my third year of chemo, before I started my year long course of oxaliplatin, my doctor sat me down to ask me if I even wanted to keep doing treatment. She said my quality of life would be permanently lowered, possibly to an extreme degree. And, well, she was right. Genuinely been wondering lately if I shouldn't have just let the cancer take me. I hate living in disability, I feel like a leech and a burden, but I don't see a way out. If I wasn't 100% sure that my 16 year old cat Pumpkin would probably follow me in death shortly after she lost me (from heartbreak and loneliness, no one would be able to take care of her the way I do, she's a very unique cat with unique needs) I'd be considering just offing myself and being done with it all.

No car and no public transportation in this little town. With my extensive peripheral nerve damage I'm under strict doctors orders to not spend much time outside in the cold months. Genuinely have no idea how I'd be able to work any time soon, walking to work is out of the question -- I wouldn't be very useful at any given job after walking a mile in the cold to get there, between my neuropathy and my fatigue.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I don't know what sort of skills or education you've had, but you've always seemed like a truly erudite and intelligent guy- can you find some sort of gig that allows you to work from home?

I'm a librarian, and find that this job is just perfect for my temperament. I've struggled to stay employed over my adult life due to addiction and physical/mental health issues, and got blasted from what I thought was my dream job andecade ago after coming to work and getting absolutely fucking insanely dissociated. Ended up having a terrible seizure, falling and fracturing my skull and being comatose for a few weeks and hospitalised for 2.5months. I'm in a situation whereby I've inherited quite a lot of wealth/resources but I was terrified of being stuck at home for the rest of my life. Somehow, I managed to get a really nice gig at a public library and have worked myself up to second in charge, which pays well and is really easy and pleasant. My point is that when i was in hospital and basically unable to think or remember anything, I was sure that I was done for. Lo and behold, with a bit of effort and some luck, I found a decent way to live. I think you can too ❤️

I don't even know where to begin making money online anymore... The internet has changed so much in the past 10 years, and I've been out of touch with the cutting edge of things for so long. Maybe I just need to look harder or research more.

I was doing okay for a little while flipping music gear on Reverb.com, but have gone bust as far as my funds... Can't do something like that unless you have the cash up front to buy stuff on the cheap, y'know?

Maybe I need to find a job doing customer service online. Those gigs seem very underpaid and stressful but eh. What else am I gonna do.

Thanks for the kind words.

Got the apartment, have to pull out the money tommorow and pay this dude on Friday. He is only making me pay for half of this month also so its gonna be a little less which is great. Super excited that worked out way easier than i thought it was gonna. Legit took me 3 days to find this place, what a great day!!!

what town ya gonna be in now?

you can message me if you don't wanna say :undercover:

can you cultivate cannabis legally (or not) where you are at? Will save you money on pot in the long run and might give you a wholesome hobby you can enjoy ;)

I'm actually not sure if this town has an ordinance against it or not. Either way tho, I don't have the startup funds for it.

CL-218,872

This was just released by the lab in China and sounds like it could be very interesting. Supposedly its gonna be pretty similar to Zolpidem and with my horrible insomnia i feel like it may become a good ally for me. Doesnt have much information on it tho but is obviously a sedative and will share some similarities to benzo's.

Nice to say them producing something new that isnt a sketchy zene or some neurotoxic amphetamine analog...but where oh where are the psychedelics. I just dont get it, they haven't brought us any new ones or restocked the old drugs in so long. Wish i could get some of that pure snow white 4-AcO-DMT like i used to cheap as fuck. Really regret not stocking up on their DPT when i had the chance.

Going to see John Mayer this weekend for my girlfriends birthday. He is her favorite so obviously really happy about this. Personally i like when he plays with Dead and Company but im not the biggest fan of his solo stuff. But im sure its gonna be a fun night, the tickets were expensive as fuck. But its worth it for my love.

Will probably take some LSD one blotter, or 25mgs of 2C-B Hbr. Have to see how im feeling that day, kinda leaning toward the 2C-B because of its empathogenic nature and the shorter duration. Cuz i will deff be able to sleep afterwords if i take that one. Havent been to a show in awhile. Gonna have to dress warm.

You’ll have a great time. Mayers solo stuff, while being sappy pop songs, still shred on guitar.
Check out the song “Slow dancing in a burning room.”
Also anything from the John Mayer trio album is pretty awesome. Straight up blues rock.
Dead and Company made me a fan of his, now I enjoy his solo pop stuff too.
My girlfriend is also a big fan. We have several of his records on vinyl.

I gotta show my own 2C-x hierarchy (subject to change) t to b:

2C-I, bk-2C-B, 2C-B, 2C-D, 2C-B-FLY, 2C-C. Haven't tried 2C-E yet or 2C-T-x but am definitely trying 2C-E. Have to clue how to find 2C-T-7 along with aMT (anymore) as I'm in USA.

my 2C-x hierarchy atm is probably as follows:

2C-T-4>2C-T-7=2C-E>2C-T-2>2C-B=2C-D>2C-C>2C-N

still need to sample my 2C-T, and I desperately want some 2C-P, 2C-I and 2C-T-21 (out of the more common ones).

I think I like 2C-B and 2C-C. I also liked 2CT-2. 2C-I was fun, but stimulating. Very visual. Have not tried my one cap of 19 mgs of 2C-E that I got 17 years ago. I bring that up every so often. The dude that gave it to me said if I take all 19 get ready for a huge trip. So I may do like 12, and learn how to boof the last 7 mgs. :) 2CT-21 was ok. 2C-D was nice too but not as developed as 2C-B or C.

I wonder if the emergence of some 2C's means someone is turning that out present day or is stock from years ago. Not sure. I hope we hear good reports of current 2C's.

2C-E, 2C-B, 2C-P, 2C-D, 2C-C, 2C-I,....2C-B-FLY, bk-2C-B if we're counting those. Not much experience with some of these.
I miss tripping a lot. Hopefully, I can give my 2C-T-7 a chance sometime, waited too long with it

@JackARoe if I were to guess these are new synths, probably small scale. I’ve seen some posts on Hive related subreddits of successful 2ci and 2cc synths within the last 6 months or so.
Especially with the recent post in the big and dandy mentioning an off white color. The 2c’s from 10+ years ago were all white and fluffy as far as I can remember. The only one I ever tried that wasn’t white was 2c-b.

Thanks for the info Delsyd. I am so out of the loop with this stuff. But I am very happy that we have chemists giving them a whirl in present day.

I thought maybe this was like the current MXE that tested as FXE. I am hopeful all these things will be available and that we have chemists perfecting their craft!

2CD tops my list. 2CI and 2CB follow closely. Always found 2CE too dysphoric to truly enjoy but it has an unparalleled brutal power that is of use.

Anyway, am going for the oral DMT this weekend, and will stay at home making bleeps and bloops on the computer... Perfect evening for me 🥳
2C-D is probably on top for me too. I always get excited to hear about someone else who likes it.
Hard to compare though because I really like 2C-E as well, I find it to be a similar flavour, but much moreso. I also suspect 2C-P would be up there too if I had more opportunity to trip for 18h at a time.
I've also tried 2C-B, 2C-I, 2C-T-4, 2C-T-7 but aside from 2C-B I find them hard to rank because I've only tried them a couple times and very far apart from each other. I'd put 2C-B low on the list, but should probably give it another shake some time. I remember 2C-T-7 seeming very lovely and I wish I had more.

Mean 2C-D is a good drug and all but i wouldnt put it far up on my list, if i had to make mine of this moment it would probably go like this.

2C-E
2C-T-7
2C-C
2C-T-2
2C-B
2C-P
2C-I
2C-D

Ive got 50mgs of the new batch of 2C-I coming from a friend, already got some of the 2C-E as you know. Made a little trade that was worth it for both parties. Will be trying both of them again soon and ill give my feedback.

Wanna add that all of those drugs listed are fantastic, including 2C-D. This is pretty much the best psychedelic series out there and you can really go wrong with any of them. At least in my experience, even the more heavy duty ones like E and P i found to be highly pleasurable.

In rough order of number of ++ and +++ experiences (most to least): 2C-E, 2C-I, 2C-T-2, 2C-C, 2C-T-21*, 2C-D, 2C-T-4, 2C-B. It's very difficult to rank these in terms of preference though for a number of reasons. (1) They all seem to have widely different duration and potential applications; (2) I don't think my experience with most of the above is extensive enough to formulate a good opinion.

So while I definitely "liked" 2C-E much more than 2C-I, the 2C-I got used frequently at a time in my life in which I was doing a lot more recreational / social tripping. I have way fewer trips (only like 3) with 2C-T-2, but two of them were astoundingly beautiful. I also feel like 2C-C deserves an honorable mention for being casual like 2C-I but more on the sedate side. What I didn't like about 2C-C was the dose I needed---a problem it shares with 2C-D.

As for what I dream of doing some day? There's definitely 2C-P, and I do hope my body and mind are up for it some day, even though for some reason it terrifies me. I might consider trying 2C-T-7, but I doubt such an opportunity will present itself. How about 2C-T-4? I did it three times, all three times with frustratingly mild results, possibly due to rapid degradation of material in solution, yet what I did experience was very intriguing. Here again though, I doubt the opportunity will present itself.

* I'm not sure where to rank 2C-T-21 because it didn't really feel like a psychedelic to me. It's hard to describe except maybe as a kind of "low calorie martini", to reuse Sasha's original label for MDMA.
