Roquefort you ever tried.I like cheeses, but the really rank & borderline disgusting ones (there's some ridiculous stuff out there) I can only enjoy for few small bites.
It's funny to me, there's all these supposedly real good cheeses and like a large majority is just walking a thin line between "wow what an experience" and "wow this is incredibly disgusting" with all the mold and smell that will instantly funkify your whole house hahah.
Probably some lingering traumas from spending time at my uncles house, a true cheese lover.
I loved it myself yonks back. Like a secretly way nicer tasting more versatile Blue Stilton. Except Roquefort is from unpasteurised sheep's milk so pathogen potential and so high too in refined salts those cheeses about 4 gr per 100, vs even 1.8 hards, 2.something feta.
I used to eat some edam too. Never greatest fan of feta and, I don't think I've ever had halloumi (lol autocorrect tried switching that to hallucinating)
